Bought a MacBook and realised it was not suitable. They took it back immediately and I then bought one from them that met my needs. The service is outstanding, the product quantity is excellent and after sales is wonderful. Buy without hesitation

Highly recommended, great service

Item arrived quickly and well packed. I returned it having decided to upgrade. The return process was smooth and refund fast. Communication was excellent throughout. I am so pleased with the service that I will use them to purchase my upgrade. Highly recommended.

I was looking to update my desk top…

I was looking to update my desk top system and whilst online I came across Computer Discounts. After careful consideration I decided to go for a refurbished HP laptop. It was approx one third of new price. It arrived promptly and I am interested process of setting it up.

I highly recommend computer discounts

I highly recommend computer discounts. Staff very attentive and helped a great deal when I couldn’t make a decision. Although I felt like an idiot they certainly didn’t treat me as such. They made me feel like I was their most important customer. The device I purchased is of a very high standard.

Great returns and money back policy

I recently bought a MacBook Pro from Computer Discounts. When I got it I realised that it was much bigger and heavier than I expected and so wasn’t suitable for what I needed it for. The actual laptop worked like a dream and looked brand new but I still decided to return it. I emailed letting them know this and returned it the following day. It was sent on a Friday, it arrived with them on Monday and my full refund was in my bank account on Tuesday morning. Absolutely great service. So even though I was not buying the product, Computer Discounts gave me a first class service.
Intend now to buy a smaller MacBook Air.

Delivery was f which…

Delivery was faster than expected which was great. When I first opened the box I thought I had been sent a new computer. Excellent condition, not a single mark on it. I highly recommend this company.
