I had a good experience. The socks were good quality (brand-name jobst compression socks), and I received them very quickly. I would recommend this shop.

Good product, good after sales
Good product, good after sales. I had ordered two pairs of compression tights. The tights arrived on time. I wore the first pair once before noticing a small hole at a seam of the gusset. I photographed the hole and sent the photo off to Compressionsockshop. I received an immediate apology and a confirmation that a replacement pair had been dispatched. I have today just received the replacement tights. Very good service - not a scam company.

Do not use this company, its a scam
Their products are very poor quality, customer service is nonexistent. The only way to contact them is through an online form or email but they never respond.
The products are too pricey for their quality, I just paid £18 for two pairs of socks that offer no compression, they don't even stay on and £30 on stockings that also offer no compression, even though they're supposed to.
The return is a faff as you need to pay for it yourself and I bet they will say they haven't received it. Or just ignore me, as they did every time I emailed them or sent in a form.
So I will get Resolver and my bank to get me my money back from these scammers.
Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!
