Composite Envisions Arvostelua

I've been a customer for over 5 years. The service and order fulfillment has been in a steady decline for the past two years. Simple orders, will sit for days before being shipped. I have had conversations with Cory, the owner, and several managers about the decline in service, nothing has changed. If you have a time sensitive need, there are other companies that guarantee shipping same day or next day depending on the time the order was placed. Not Composite Envisions.

The "Certificate of Conformance" and the charge for it, seriously? No other supplier I use charges for that! What they are charging now for materials is insane! I only use CE now for certain materials that I will never use a roll for. I buy carbon direct from the manufacturer now and the markup at CE is incredible!

We did a special project with the Blue Reflections Carbon that faded after two weeks of UV exposure. I was told by another supplier that they refused to sell any of the colors of Reflections (except Red) because of the fading issue. According to the other supplier, the manufacturer was aware and chose to do nothing about it. CE was warned about this issue and I worked with them on finding the cause while I patiently waited for thier independent testing to be completed. CE's solution to avoid fading was the EXACT method and materials I used and they washed thier hands of the problem. Meanwhile I lost thousands of dollars in materials and labor because the fabric faded.

It really pains me to write this, I was a huge proponent for CE in the past. I do not recommend them anymore. I will still buy a few items that I can't get anywhere else, but I have moved on to more reputable companies that charge a fair price on materials and ship in a more timely manner.

Quick returned call, great customer experience

Perfect transaction. Fast and accurate

It seemed that you web sight was not functioning correctly. One of my orders went through after a few try's my other order I had to phone in.
Your sales staff was very helpful getting our order in via: phone

Everything I order always arrives well packaged and in perfect condition. Great service every time.

Well I looked everywhere for 75" inch wide carbon fiber fabric this was the only place that had it the sheets where huge and flawless I messed up my project and had to re-do it Second sheet came flawless also. they ship securely, with this material costing 75$ a yard you can spend with confidence they will provide you with what your asking and top quality even though you will probably botch your own project because Carbon Fiber hates you. They did their part perfect !

The product arrived on time and was exactly what I needed to create forged carbon parts for my car.

I drove in from Minneapolis to pick-up my order in person on my way to Oshkosh. I was running a few minutes late, and there was a chance I wouldn't arrive before the 5 PM closing time. So I gave them a call and asked if someone could stay a few minutes later until I arrived. Well, I arrived at exactly 5 PM, and thankfully there was someone still there to receive me. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate me. I saved quite a bit on shipping. Sale prices were great, too.

Quick shipping

Composite Envisions is my go-to store for carbon fiber or kevlar supplies for my radio controlled sailboat hobby. I recently purchased the thin epoxy resin from them and it is excellent. They are a very efficient company and shipping is always handled in a timely manner.

Awesome customer service.

Quality products. Good customer service.

Always a great experience. Only two things could make it better. 1. A bit more ease of being able to talk to a tech about highly specific questions relevant to making a purchase. 2. If you could sell the stretchlon 200 vacuum bag in 50" width so it's not subject to the oversized shipping. I buy alot at once but sometimes nesr the end of a project i get in a pinch where I just need a yard and can't afford to buy a full several month supply at that moment. It's either pay $41 for a yard of it, compromise the project, or go logging for money trees. Thanks!

Product is great. Not so happy about the shipping cost. I was charged full shipping for each of the items, even though they were combined into one shipping box
