Great customer service
Ordered a new tractor ignition, unfortunately it was defective. Called the customer service line and they shipped me a new one without hassle. New part works well, I will continue to shop here for my tractor parts.

The water pump arrived as they said it would. Changed out the pump and everything mounted up properly with no troubles. The impellers were tight and circulated the water as it should. Couldn't have been better Thanks Guys

They sent me a returned distributor
They sent me a returned distributor. The bag was open and someone already opened the cap and marked it with a paint marker. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering anything again from this company. When you buy something new it should be. Otherwise they need to state your buying a returned product. Very disappointed!!

Dear Eric, I agree 100% with you. You should not have received a returned distributor with an open bag and cap. We do not intend to send out products in that condition. While I can’t say for certain how this happened, this is what I suspect. Some customers do return new, unused products in unopened packaging if they decide they no longer need them. We do return unopened items to inventory. An item that has been opened is not meant to be returned to inventory, but the item you received may have been returned by mistake. You should not have received the opened package and we are happy to exchange it for you. I will ask a customer service representative to reach out to you to arrange for a replacement. I know this is an extra inconvenience for you, and I apologize for that. But we will work with you to resolve this error on our part to your complete satisfaction.
