We have had a fantastic experience with Complete Home Surveys. Emma is extremely patient and understanding, she is a credit to the company. Sean (our surveyor) wrote brilliant quality reports in a timely manner and was able to provide some follow up phone calls to discuss parts of the report in detail.
Excellent value for money and would not look elsewhere should we ever need a survey completing in the future. Would highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the service and efficiency of Complete Instructions Surveyors. I am currently in the process of selling my flat and Emma called me to book in the valuation on Monday. The booking process was quick and easy and the surveyor (Keiron) was able to come out to me on Friday. Both Keiron and Emma were polite and really helpful. Emma responded to our enquiry very quickly and got us booked in as soon as possible. We had a last minute hiccup getting access to the property which Emma rearranged for us without any issue. Liam thoroughly accessed the property and was on hand to answer any questions we had once receiving the results going above and beyond. Can't recommend CHS highly enough. Emma was very quick organizing our level 3 survey and communication was faultless the whole way. We chose this as it's an old house. The extra cost for the level 3 survey was super useful for us as it showed up problems with the roof we had missed and meant the seller ended up paying for it rather than us shelling out the cost when we moved in. Also very helpful in highlighting a few issues we need to be aware of in the future that we would have been completely naive to otherwise. Highly recommend.
