I had an examination at this clinic and was told I would be contacted afterward. Despite following up myself, I never received any response. The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where clarity and responsiveness matter. Lexi Tanase at Complete Physio is an amazing physiotherapist. Incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to finding solutions that actually help. She has helped me with multiple injuries as well as TMJ issues, and I’ve seen real improvement thanks to her care and treatment approach. She takes the time to assess properly, explain what’s going on, and create a plan that feels tailored to you. On top of being highly skilled, Lexi is also super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physio.

I had one physio session with John at the Complete Physio Chelsea clinic and then three subsequent online Zoom sessions from my home. John was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me just the right exercises, advice and encouragement at each different stage of my recuperation.

I had a great experience with David Gruhl for my Morton’s neuroma. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to properly assess my condition, and clearly explained the treatment plan. I felt listened to and supported throughout the session, and the advice and exercises were very practical. I would definitely recommend David to anyone dealing with foot or nerve pain.
