Reception was very friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment. On the day, I was treated by Matthew who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kept me informed at every stage. I was expecting a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis and a cortisone injection to follow. However following the scan, Matthew diagnosed a different condition and gave me a personalised exercise plan to alleviate it. He told me a cortisone injection wouldn't be appropriate which reduced the cost of my visit considerably. I thoroughly recommend Complete Physio.

I sought help with what I thought was muscular or tendon pain but Alex immediately diagnosed hip problems. Ultimately I was obliged to have a total hip replacement and am currently undergoing rehabilitation with Alex’s help. Not only has Alex been amazing at precisely diagnosing the problem, helping me prepare for my operation and subsequent rehab, he’s been consistently highly praised by multiple independent orthopaedic surgeons that I have consulted since Alex identified the root cause of my pain.
