Tim Allwood and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of my investing journey to completion of my first build from the finance stage to the completion and even with future tax deductions. You won't need a huge amount of money to start. Tim personally goes to great lengths to explain everything, he is very different to a lot of other providers. Tim is personally available, not just some head honcho you will never speak to - you can put a name to a face, speak to him in person (depending if he's in NSW which he comes down a lot) and you can contact him by phone or email. His approach is the best I have come across. Genuine and trustworthy bloke.
