Great Diary system for our Plumbing and heating business. Engineers easily use the product and looking to get more out of the product with further training.

New analytics will hopefully give us some better understanding of customers journey and sales person accountability. Some further assistance required to get the best experience from the system. Been with Commusoft for around 8 years and we couldn’t manage without it. For us being able to look at the data on the dashboard has really helped us realize where our issues were and enables us to focus on improving. First time fix is now 98%.

I’ve had the same experience as Wayne above. I’ve downsized and was being charged for 3 users for 6 months even though I requested only one user. I wasn’t told it was 3 minimum. When I requested to be credited I was refused and asked to pay a £500 bill. Account has now been closed and I was refused to be given my database of over 1000 customers built up with them for over 9 years. Absolute joke of a company and service and it’s not even great software. Difficult to use and the app is not modern like others I’ve seen. Best time to move on and build my business with a company that cares about their customers.

The importance of not putting all of you eggs in one basket.
I have had to downsize my company this year.
I asked Commusoft to reduce the amount of users I contract with them. From 3 to just the one.
They declined and told me three. Was the minimum amount of accounts I could have. I backed up everything from Commusoft but it is basically fractured unusable data.
I now have invoices I cannot send and trace or even produce because they have closed my account. I would have happily contracted for another year in one account because there is only me in the business at the moment but that wasn’t good enough for them.
Steer clear of this company.
