They Truly Care About Their Customers!
I’ve been a customer for ages and really enjoy most of what Common Lines makes. The quality is top-notch, and if something goes wrong, they’re super supportive, offering compensation and helping you figure out what to do next. I had two issues with different chains, and each time, I received fantastic help!

Bitte finger weg! Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht

Hi Niklas,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify. Your return was accepted, but no tracking details were ever provided and we didn’t receive any correspondence confirming the parcel was on the way. Without this, we had no way of verifying its status. The return has now been processed in full.
Regarding the debt collection notices mentioned, these have nothing to do with Common Lines. They are an issue between you and Klarna, the payment provider you chose at checkout, as part of their automated process when payments or refunds aren’t yet reconciled in their system.
We always encourage customers to provide tracking details and reach out if they need assistance, as this ensures everything is resolved quickly and smoothly.
At Common Lines, we value transparency, quality, and long-term trust with our customers, and we remain committed to making every experience a positive one.
Thank you,
The Common Lines Team

15 days waiting and counting
Awful service. I ordered two products 15 days ago and haven’t received anything yet. They’re supposed to send it the next day but took them two weeks and now I won’t receive the products on time for a birthday present.
Never trust this kind of unprofessional instagram brands

Hi Carlos,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. While most of our orders are shipped out the next working day, there was an unexpected delay with yours. Your order is now on its way and will be with you shortly.
We completely understand how frustrating it is when something you’ve ordered for a special occasion doesn’t arrive in time. We’re proud of both our products and service, and feedback like this helps us ensure situations like this don’t happen again.

Quality silver jewelry with great service!
The quality of the Anchor ring is phenomenal and came quite quick considering the international transit. I contemplated a return due an initial sizing issue and Joanna was so kind and patient with me. Ultimately I ended up keeping the ring and am so glad I did!

Hi,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Your order was shipped promptly with full tracking, but unfortunately delays can sometimes occur once the parcel is with the local postal service. While delivery issues in transit are outside of our direct control, we always provide customers with the necessary details to follow up with their carrier, and we remain available to assist where possible.
We understand how frustrating this must be and appreciate your patience. Please reach out to us directly with your order number so we can review this again and do our best to support you.

Excellent support and resolved delivery issues
Had some trouble with local postal services while traveling, but Joanna was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. She stayed in touch, offered clear options, and made sure everything was sorted. In the end, I received my parcel without issues. Great service, really appreciated the care and communication!
Bracelet I ordered is awesome though

Best customer service
Bought a CommonLines Elements bracelet online from Selfridges and was really happy with it.
Unfortunately after wearing it everyday for about 3 weeks it started to come undone from one side. I wasn’t sure if I should reach out to Selfridges or go directly to CommonLines. I thought it would be easier to go to CommonLines as it is their product and would probably want to know of any feedback. Let’s say I’m glad I did go directly to them. The customer service that I received was probably one of the best. All I did was send them proof purchase and a picture of the issue and they resolved it within days.
I was kept informed of what they were doing at every step.

Mixed experience but resolved in the end
I love the brand’s vision, but the gold-plated pieces didn’t meet my expectations in terms of quality, which made the experience frustrating. That said, the team did replace the items in the end, which I appreciated. There’s potential, but room for improvement.

Best fitted quality caps i have ever bought!
I have been looking for a cap with a good fit for a long time. I have ordered about 7 of them by now, but none of them fit as well as the one from Common Lines! I recommend it to everyone. You can tell that time has been spent on designing the right fit. I have contacted them several times via DM with questions, and they responded within 2 minutes, great!
Also quick shipping.
Will definetly shop here again!
