I initially had some problems with understanding how this company works, but when I left a review explaining my problem, the head of the company reached out to me personally and resolved it. Even though the communication was an issue, I believe this company cares about its clients and will do whatever it takes to make things right. I felt validated and respected. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Learned valuable dietary principles and upped my game on workout- more resistance and more movement. Good life stuff!!!

The knowledge and the patients that coach Gabe has and he’s willingness to do whatever it takes to help you and to realize that every person has a different lifestyle to work around and through I don’t know me and him just really hit it off well and I’ve learned a lot from him thanks, Gabe

I have been using coaching since Jan (3 months). The daily accountability and feedback has been the thing that has helped me the most and is working. Yes they can tell you what to eat and help you plan but you may or may not have the time to implement everything at once. And your body may or may not respond as quickly as you would like. The coach is there for the accountability piece and knowing if you do mess up you are encouraged to just get back at it. When you are struggling with something they are there to provide feedback and help you through. Jackie has been great!!! I am very skeptical and want to ensure I am getting the service if I am paying and they really do follow through.

You have support anytime you need answers and the knowledge is freely given in such a way that you can understand it and you can call or message anytime you have questions

I got the opportunity to do a 10 day challenge to get to know the program. I worked with Coach Charlie Mawson. We spoke on the phone and he gave a list of questions and then being honest and finding some accountability paid off. I lost 5 pounds on those 10 days. I am unable to continue with the program, but I do have to say, I feliz supported and found Coach Charlie to be really helpful and ready to give advice for real life situations.

It’s a good program. I think 6 months should be the cut off instead of 1 year. Very informative in all training sessions.

This was the easiest, most successful plan to follow EVER! Easiest 11 lbs I have ever lost and I am keeping it off. The recipes are FABULOUS. I've totally incorporated many of the recipes on a regular basis. Coach Charlie Mawson is terrific. He's quick to respond and offer suggestions. He's very encouraging. I LOVE SVELTE and will continue to live with all the knowledge I have learned about myself - what motivates me; about serving sizes and how to achieve goals one day at a time! I highly, highly recommend this program.

Committed Coaches is a very dedicated group. They are knowledgeable, organized and truly caring with participants. I love the format of zoom sessions. The main topic varies, but there is always a pertinent and supportive presentation. There is ample time for questions and exchanges of ideas and hints for success. Coaches post the sessions for people who may have a schedule conflict. Sometimes I just like to review it again when I have a free, quiet spot in my day. The availability of coaches is incredible. Their willingness to cover topics suggested from the participants really creates a sense of team and support. The recipe suggestions take the work out of finding resources. I have found this to be the most doable and result producing programs I have tried - and I’m no spring chicken! I appreciate the coaches so much and thank them for their hard work, support and kindness!!

3 months a few inches and 10 pounds .. but it’s more than that .. I started with a cleanse and a determination that I had to do this on my own to make it last to take ownership.. I lost a few pounds but i wasn’t learning how to change my habits. Committed Coaches could see I was serious but they new what I did not.. small changes, progress over perfection results happen and a community to share that with is priceless.

I was very excited about starting this program. However, the next day I had a fall, called the company immediately to opt-out. My request was reviewed and I was allowed to cancel. Committed Coaches, worked with me to get this resolved and I am very grateful for their decision to allow me to opt out of the program at this time. I am sure it is a great company and has helped many. Thank you, Committed Coach for your intergrity. So appreciative!

Do not commit to this program it is a CONTRACT which I was never told and now it going to hit on my credit. I explained to this guy that I was on disability and I was not sure I would financially be able to commit fully to the program. At no time did he say it was a CONTRACT. I'm sitting here in awe about this just finding out. I would like to withdrawal from this program and clear out the Account I don't have $1382.00 to pay to end the program. They are going to have to find better people that listen and explain it much better what they are entering in to. Christina Sanches

I could write a book about my coach Melanie .She was there for me giving me stength,understanding,and genuine care in so many ways. I believe it was her that made my goal possible. She has a wealth of knowledge.

I turned 76 and my body and mind was in rough shape. I experienced so many problems and she was right there every step of the way.I have never had so much support. She taught me so much about my body.I feel much more confident in countless ways, all thanks to her and the program Committed Coaches. My goal was reached! What a happy camper I am!
I like the idea of right food ,right amount,at the right time,and the measurement of fist,palm, and thumb. Losing weight was easy and I was never hungry. My body has a lot more energy. It is so much fun to get back into some of my favorite outfits that I packed away. The best part about this program ,my coach of course,is I have the tools now to keep my weight,and good health in check for the rest of my life. Oh, and their recipes so delicious and healthy. Joining was the smartest thing for my body and mind!

I joined to accomplish what I thought was a weight loss goal, but Karen helped with so much more. Although I did not accomplish all I’d hoped in terms of weight loss, I went through one of the most stressful times of my life successfully. She helped me focus on small victories and celebrate them, and see the positive things that were accomplished. She was supportive and always available when needed. I am very thankful for all she did for me.

The support and knowledge of the coaches and groups is fantastic and easy to understand. The program is teaching weekly lessons easy to understand, there is no major stressing about anything you have to do just be 1 % better each day and make everything you learn about your own pace and schedule. and your coach ia going to be right therefor any question you might have.Great Program easy to follow
