Ordered a bean bag in 12/1/2021 and still over 4yrs later never received it nor a refund. Was offered a 2nd bean bag for free because of the constant delays but once I finally asked for a refund they stopped replying. 2 different emails were used by them one for automatic order confirmation then a different one for support.

Its Spam. I paid the money for an bean and nothing comes to me.

Placed my order for son on 12/8/21 and still haven’t my order. Emailed them 6 times and no response. BIG SCAM. Filing dispute with the bank. Thugs.

Placed my order Dec. 8, 2021. Got an order confirmation/receipt. Emailed 3 times to get shipping info...NOTHING, NADA. Super scam.

Tried to be patient and listen to their excuses of why it was taking so long to even ship, but after over a month I asked for a refund. They asked for my order number again, it’s been a few days with nothing and no reply. Hoping to get a refund. They were so quick to take my money and never ship anything. SCAM!

Update: they quit replying to my emails after a asking for a refund. Had to file a dispute with my bank.

Trying to get a refund

Placed an order on 1/4 no no tracking info provided. Now I can’t even find the website. A scam for sure. Hopefully my bank will be able to assist with my refund.

Shop existiert gar nicht mehr. Ware wurde auch nicht verschickt. Auch keine Reaktion auf Mails.

Warning, Do Not purchase anything from this company. It's a SCAM to get your money. I purchased a Comfy Orange Beanbag and it never arrived as it was scheduled to do in 9 days. I emailed about my order next thing I am receiving emails about a refund that I never received. I have sent numerous emails and still NO REFUND!!!!!!!!!

Emailed customer service 6 days after I purchased my comfy bean bag chair to try and get shipping information. They asked for my order number and I sent it to them. I got no other response other than a refund of my money. I contacted the company to see why I was being issued a refund and I never got a response.

Without any warning when my package was due to arrive any day I just got notified you cancelled my order and refunding me my money! Merry Flipping Christmas to you too! Bah humbug 🥺

I absolutely love my new chair!! Love it!

I placed an order for the XL chair over a week ago. Page was verified, and payment was made through PayPal. I was given a receipt and transaction invoice so I thought it was legit, until I received an email 4 days post stating PayPal issued me a credit and I would not receive my purchase and was never given a reason why.

I ordered a sky blue comfy bean as a Christmas present and 4 days later my order was canceled because the company "ran of out the bean filling" which I found rather preposterous given that they sell bean bag chairs. Very disappointed.

I ordered this for a gift for a few friends, did the buy 2 get 1 free deal but they sold out and i never got my order. Yes i was refunded. But the company shouldn't have taken as many orders as they did if they did not have the supply to meet the demand
