TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND LEFT US HOMELESS AFTER 2-SURGERIES
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would rate a 0/5 if I could!!!
We booked a total service for 2 surgeries, à Breast lifting and a lipo BBL, transportation, assistance with language and 6-nights stay at a 5-star Hotel (choice between ELITE GRAND and PULLMAN, we picked ELITE.
From France to Istanbul, a consultant named Manel was acting all nice and available. When we arrived to Istanbul, she said the taxi was waiting for us, but when we arrived, the taxi said he could not find our name so we had to wait an additional 45 min for taxi to pick us.
She came with us to the hospital the first night, and the day of the hospital. Which is the service we paid for. The next day, we paid full price of 4 700€. SHE KEPT GETTING THE NUMBER WRONG WHEN COUNTING THE BILLS. As soon as she took the money, she left and we did not see her again. She was texting and still pretending to care for us.
The next day, she booked us a taxi to the hotel, the address of the hotel was La Sera, a 3-star hotel in Fatih, Istanbul. For 5 nights only, instead of the 6 nights. This is far from ELITE GRAND we choose.
We kept calling her, saying we would not check in a hotel we did not choose. This hotel is a 3-star hotel and she kept saying it is a 5-star hotel, the best of the best. I told her we did not choose this hotel. We even paid an extra 100€ for a suite !!!
MIND YOU, SHE SAID WE CAN STAY IN THE LOBBY IF WE WANT BUT THE ROOM IS ALREADY PAID FOR.
We are still without a place to stay, homeless as I am writing this review.
