Excellent products and excellent…

Excellent products and excellent service from the sales team. I wasn’t able to visit the showroom to see the specific product in person, but they sent me videos and photos and took the time to walk me through several options over the phone. They were not pushy at all and instead used their experience and product knowledge to help me make the right choice.

You get what you pay for

Not the cheapest, but truthfully you get what you pay for. In this case, quality product, Excellent customer service, Exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. I could not rate my experience any higher, I have had my new insert stove for a few months and love it

Very personal and pleasant

Very personal and pleasant. Good communication on the product and the delivery time. Helpful on delivery also, ensuring product was as ordered.
Would certainly order from Comfortline.ie again.

Gazco Fires.. Highly Recommended!

From online purchase of my Gazco electric fire, and delivery as expected, also the delivery driver who willingly waited to make sure that our purchase was delivered in perfect condition to the fantastic working displays of this electric fire.. perfect!!... and not forgetting the price.. definitely a bargain..thank you Comfort Line..!

Comfortline in Portarlington are amazing to deal with brilliant knowledgeable staff

Comfortline in Portarlington are a fantastic company, Andry who took our order is a lovely gentleman to deal with from the time we ordered our GAZCO electric stove he kept us informed re delivery etc, nothing was too much trouble, again got the telephone call on the morning of delivery letting us know they would be with us in 30 minutes, and the gentleman who delivered it was so friendly explained everything very helpful. 10/10 delighted with our new stove.

Very helpful

Did not have the electric fire that we ordered . However they went out of their way to provide an alternative . Including messages when the shop was closed . Excellent service .
