Used twice and have been totally satisfied both times. Both arrived on time and we're spacious vehicles.

No shock to see all the negative reviews. Worst taxi company ever. Pre booked a cab a day in advance for an elderly lady for a hospital appointment. When it didn’t turn up called them only to be told they had none available , no apology and no idea when one would be available. DON’T USE THEM GUYS. SO UNRELIABLE.

Avoid like the plague. They say you have a booking confirmed and don’t even sort the driver. Either comes very late or not at all. Half an hour wait before I eventually cancelled. Was late to my cousin’s wife’s pet budgie’s graduation due to their incompetence.

Didn’t turn up despite booking the night before. Happened once before but hoped it was a one off, absolutely hopeless. Late for my course already and scrabbling for alternatives now. Avoid at all costs

That’s twice now I’ve had to make other arrangements to get me from A to B, first time i gave the benefit of the doubt them but as I’m writing this, I’ve just been let down for work. I don’t know why Comcab agree to pick ups when they can’t fulfil them. I absolutely won’t be using such an unreliable service again. It apparently prides itself on its reliability but I don’t see it

If I could give less i will . Taxi booked at 15.15 for 16.05 and never turned up. Worst service ever . Phoned this loosers few times and they don't give a fk about customers.

I share a similar experience with those mentioned below. I missed a hospital appointment due to the inadequacy of this company. Despite booking the taxi well over 7 hours in advance, it failed to show up. Upon calling the office to inquire about the delay, I was disappointed to learn that they couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival, as the taxi had not been allocated to a driver. More than 35 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived. Courtesy? No.. The nonexistent communication from them regarding the delay was particularly frustrating. In contrast, I'll be opting for Rainbow. Their reliability can be reached at 87 87 87!

Pathetic service. Taxi was a no show to take my daughter to her work. No call to say the taxi wasn't appearing on time. She called ComCabs who advised that they were trying to find a driver! She had to walk to work 5.45am. Specifically booked a taxi at this time to ensure my daughter wouldn't have to walk to work in the dark.

Very unreliable automated booking service, not user-friendly especially for the elderly. Customer interface is not good and some staff need better training in dealing with complaints. Overall, the business is a poor reflection of its former self. After using ComCabs for years will definitely not use again.

Pathetic. Booked to take my pet to the vet. Claimed they had no booking then suddenly found it. Then said taxi would be 2mins. Then no show. Then they said there wasn't any taxis booked at all. Pet missed the vets appt. Absolutely useless service.

A shockingly diabolical service.
A pre booked taxi for the airport didn’t turn up. No warning call to help manage the situation and when I called the office in a panic they were very unhelpful & clearly didn’t care.
Don’t expect this taxi company to be reliable, it could have significant implication.
I had to beg my neighbour to help me, 30mins after the taxi was due.
I’ll never use them again !

Booked via the app in advance. 10 mins past my pick up time, I call for an update. Advisor says that due to demand, a driver hadn't even been allocated & couldn't give a time estimate so I was left stranded. Not sure I understand the point of pre-booking. Terrible service. Won't be using anymore & have warned others not to use.

My once go to reliable service, not anymore! Twice let down. Pre-booked using the automated service for 18:15 same evening, all very good. However, the car did not arrive at 18:15. I had to call them at 18:30 to be told that they were very busy and it would be another 30 mins before anything would be available.. It is their new automated service that lets them down, there is no way of knowing if they can't keep their booking and they don't call to allow you to make alternative arrangements.

Id give it one star if I could, Automated booking system took a booking, made it sound like a taxi was coming soon, then after 20 minutes cancelled, Somebody called me back told me nothing for a hour, Then I call back in one hour got some rude woman on the phone, who answering Com cabs, that was it. and told cant book a cab call back later. Rubbish

Elderly parents left standing both onward and homeward at 1am.
Taxi never turned up after pre booking couple of days before.

Once again we pre book a taxi and it's late. There's no accountability to the process, comcabs sympathetically say you have to wait for a driver to accept, even if that takes hours, as if it's nothing to do with them?? Previously been waiting over an hour in the city centre before they come. Pre ordering never used to be like this. Book a taxi, it'll show when expected, maybe 5 or 10 min late. But now this is the norm? If this is a new system, its broken.
Rainbow taxis are a safer choice if say, but this city needs Uber!

Awful service lately. On multiple occasions I have booked cars several hours in advance only for nobody to show up. Waited in the rain tonight for 30 mins but nobody came. Flagged a car off the street and it turned out to be from ComCabs. So they are picking up random people off the street but not honouring their bookings. Awful.

Terrible service 45 min late! No apology no attempt to rectify the issue and allocate the next driver. Booked another car through my wife this queue jumped me and despite being in the area and not managing a pick up was not allocated… I would avoid this lot and use rainbow!

I would complain to your company about a taxi driver. The first time he came, he was angry and shouting in his language and I know some of them and so he threw the belongings I had taken in the back of the car by strong. second, he shouted at my children When they stood inside the car before the car moved they were eating the biscuits(snacks), he said they should sit down in their car because their shoes might be dirty and not eat in the car there.
