My Outdoor Oasis t/a Combined Shipping Arvostelua 

I purchased a plug and play hot tub about 7 years ago and had fantastic service . I needed to replace the headrests / filter and lugs but was worried about ordering the wrong type on the website so Jason came to my rescue ! He found which type i needed - sent me an invoice and my items arrived really quickly and fitted perfectly . In addition I was an headrest insert short - I emailed combine shipping and 2 days later it arrived . Amazing service an excellent company - thank you so much !

I bought a hot tub from Combined Shipping Direct and have had my Amethyst Plug & Play hot tub since 2019 and I can honestly say I absolutely love it. It has been a fantastic investment and has given me, my disabled son, family and friends many years of enjoyment. It has been reliable, easy to use and has stood the test of time, and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub.

I recently contacted Combined Shipping because I wanted to arrange a routine service and electrical safety check. I was really impressed by how helpful and friendly they were, even though I bought the hot tub several years ago. They are now going to try to find someone on the Isle of Man who can service it for me. Just to say the hot tub is also the same price as I bought it in 2019, so its very good value too.

Additionally, It is lovely to receive such good customer service so many years after buying a product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Amethyst hot tub or Combined Shipping. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would just like to say a huge thank you to John and Woody who made the journey from down south to carry out a long overdue service to my hottub.
They were super efficient and professional changing out 2 faulty pumps carrying out a full and professional service to a very high standard.
Our hottub is now as good as new and I would highly recommend their services 😀

Hot tub delivery took place within 3 days of deposit. Delivery was efficiently carried out, area left clear and tub controls explained.
In terms of back up I cannot fault their service. There was a heater issue shortly after set up, they replaced the heater without question the same day.
Since it's worked perfectly, as expected.
The engineer , in particular, was pleasant , and efficient.
From my first enquiry to delivery and back up I cannot fault there support.

Just purchased a new hot tub cover from combined shipping. They were really helpful when contacting them. Order on Friday evening and was delivered the next day.

I'm afraid that they have gone T*ts up & gone into receivership...

We had our hot tub from Combined Shipping in 2022 and have had it serviced/drained down every year by them too. The service is always quick, courteous and professional, whether that be people in the office, or engineers who visit the property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Engineer turned up on time, got on with the job (as I'd messaged to say I was busy) and completed the service well. Only gave a 4 as he was unable to get the power supply to the Blue tooth speaker working so we need to replace/get an external one but he was helpful in having a look at it for us whilst he had the tub open. Happy with the Tiny Hot Tub we had from Combined Shipping which is still all good and no issues (other than blue tooth speaker) 3 years on.

Our Harmony Plus hot tub is fantastic, it's lovely and relaxing during the summer time and really invigorating during the winter months.

Buying and delivery was straightforward and easy staff were helpful and friendly would definitely recommend them

Our Ultimate hot tub spa was ordered at a great price from Combined and the logistics for delivery and installation were all well managed and completed as per order. Good afterservice for fine tuning operation and for ongoing products to keep the spa clean. Very happy with Combined and all their services :)

Very happy with the unit and expect to be adding a heat pump from Combined in 2025

We brought our hot tub and air source heat pump in 2020 and has been fabulous - I have called Combined shipping for advice, guidance & tech support numerous times over the years and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful and above all great value - very customer focussed, great value, great advice. I am amazed we still use our hot tub 3-4 times a week - often more and since we fitted the heat pump our electricity bill for the whole house was reduced by 1/3rd so running the hot tub costs very little and better environmentally.

Amazing service from the team talked us through the different hot tubs available and what would suit us advised us which chemicals were the best and safest to use, fast smooth delivery and set up went very smoothly. After care has been second to none they have always been on the end of the phone offering advice.

I've been dealing with them for a number of years since buying our tub & when we encountered a leak they quickly identified the problem & promptly completed the repair.

Very pleased with the upfront information we were given while we were researching hot tubs, the purchase process was well communicated, helpfulness of the delivery team and aftersales support have all been excellent… oh and the hottub is fabulous too!
