How is this company still trading
How is this company still trading? Item arrived absolutely nothing like it was advertised. Looked like it was made by two toddlers. Had to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Who are these jokers?

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Product does not ship within the time period stated on the website. Then when you ask for a refund they ignore you and ask for a restocking fee. When you insist on a full refund they continue to ignore you and say the item has shipped. Listen to other reviews.

, under normal circumstances, you receive the parcel. But wrapped in transit will inevitably encounter special circumstances,
delivery time delay caused by customs inspections, they are inevitable. Thanks for your patience. Thank you
Product misleading and not what was shown online
Very sad with what I received versus the image online. The knight was 3D and looked like a real knight suit for the clock I got. When received, it was a glass image of the knight clock. I went back to the site and nothing indicates this is a flat glass clock with just the image printed on it.

Minus One Star
If I could choose a minus one star I would. We ordered a clock. It took a really long time to get it. When it arrived it was in pieces with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to put it together. I asked for a refund under their 90 day return policy and the company gave me the run around. Bottom line, they refused to issue a refund. Our loss. I recommend you NOT do business with this company. Their products are not worth the money and they will not honor their return policy.

The shipment arrived damaged
The shipment arrived damaged. i informed them if this and was told it was fine. It wasn't fine this was a gift. I can't give a damaged gift to anyone which they appeared to not understand. They offered a discount which was useless to me. I told them over and over I wanted to return it and they never told me what I needed to do to return it instead they wanted me to fix it. I was not comfortable with that. Then they wanted to charge me $10 shipping to reproduce another one. Who knows of it would come damaged. The discount they offered was 30% after starting at 10% working their way up to the 30%. What a joke.
