I purchased a wall hanging which was supposed to have strings of large crocheted flowers and leaves hanging from a polished branch. Instead I received a miserable , and very poor imitation comprised of a plastic hanger, small flowers and plastic leaves. My order was made on 13 September 2026. I reached out to Colody on facebook but am yet to receive any response. I want a refund and an acknowledgement of fraud. Do not purchase from this `business'.

All product information in chinese only
The product container and paper information inside are all in Chinese. I have no idea if it is even what I ordered. I ordered something for tear stains on my dogs face. I cant be putting on unknown ingredients on her face.I wrote to them saying how useless it is to send all product information in Chinese. They said I could send it back at my cost or give it away. I will not be giving an unknown product away. Waste of money. If I could rate them a zero I would. Since writing this review, Colody has asked me to take it down. They do not understand the issue. No amount of coupons will fix it. I told them they cannot send a product to an English speaking country with only Chinese information on and in the packaging. So they still get a zero from me.
