I booked this online and they sent an email back within the hour, confirming that I had paid and my set collection date.
I rang them on the morning of the collection date and they advised a collection time of between 11 and 2 and they arrived at approx 11.36am.
Drivers were very polite and collected the mattress swiftly.
5 star service considering they are working through a pandemic

First time ever using a service to dispose of anything large. Albeit the website is rather jumpy, I made a payment and received my invoice within an hour or less.
After seeing some confusing reviews, I went ahead and read the T's&C's. They were quite clear and concise. The next day I phoned up the business and spoke with Molly. I explained my situation and she was very helpful with the information and patient to as I sounded so confused 😂. The collection morning, I recieved a phone call from the guys saying they are on their way. I'd already taken the bed to an accessible area. They arrived and as everything was disassembled, they didn't spend 10 minutes. Packed it in and left. I also recieved confirmation of collection. I would use the service again if needed. 👍🏾

Probably the worst experience I've had with a company. The driver didn't call me when he was at the property and didn't ring our bell on the day. You have to pay in advance and they don't give refunds for a failed collection: this counted as a failed collection then, I suppose.

I wrote them three emails trying to get them to return and now over a week later I have had NO RESPONSE - no explanation, no acknowledgement, no apology [wishful thinking], nothing. I phoned them and they were constantly engaged. I have written to the Financial Ombudsman and will take it from there. DO NOT USE. Use a different company who charge you ON collection or AFTER. I feel like my money has been stolen. Just terrible.

Was worried when I saw the negative reviews after booking this service, but I had no problems at all. They gave me a 3 hour collection window and phoned half an hour before arriving to let me know they were on their way. Polite efficient service. Also spoke to Julie on Customer Service to double check my collection time slot and she was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Our old mattress was collected on the day we had booked. We received a text the day before, giving a 3 hour time slot and a tracking link. The tracking link enabled us to see how many collections were still remaining before ours and the 2-man team arrived within the time slot that had been given, phoning 5 minutes before arriving. They were polite/friendly and took the mattress as expected. We followed the terms and conditions on the website and there were no problems whatsoever.

Staff are rude and patronising, there terms and conditions aren’t clear

Booked a mattress collection, selected a specific day as I needed to be around to facilitate the collection. I received a call almost first thing on the collection day that my collection was cancelled because there "wouldn't be space in the truck" and told someone would call within an hour to rebook. Nothing for 3 hours.

Upon calling to re-book I asked if I could be partially refunded due to the inconvenience of needing to arrange another day to be around and also for not receiving the service I paid for. I was told the best I could do was ask the finance team. So, I've paid for a service, you've not delivered, and the response to the very fair question of compensation is "you can ask for one I guess?".

If that's your company's definition of customer service then I have no idea how you have a single satisfied customer. Total shitshow.

I had no issues.. just make sure guidelines are read or email if any questions they get back to you quick

You should of recieved something that it has gone thru..

Read the T&Cs before booking with this company. I live in an apartment and had booked for them to come and pick up my old bed. Once I had paid for the service I got a receipt and nothing else till the evening before they were due to pick up the bed. I was then text with a 3hour window. On the day of pick up the text again and said they were delaying pick up by upto two hours.

They arrived and couldn’t park anywhere and were ready to cancel the job. Had they emailed me before I would of given them details of where to park. The company also want all products taken to ground level. So if you are elderly or have a medical condition or aren’t strong enough to lift a double bed by yourself don’t book with this company.

I ended up lugging a bed 4 floors down with no help, despite them being a 2 man operation.

Certainly wouldn’t recommend or use again.

I booked a collection of my old mattress wanting to do the right thing by keeping it out of landfill and paid a substantial amount up front. The website was extremely poor jumping constantly when trying to do the booking but I went ahead in good faith anyway. I saw nothing about terms and conditions throughout the booking process and would not have been able to read them anyway if they had been there due to the appalling website. They refused to take the mattress because I had to put it outside and they said they would not take it wet. I live in a tiny flat and had no option but to put it outside.
They are refusing to refund the entire amount. I could accept a fee but I feel it is extremely unreasonable to refuse to refund any of the money paid given that their website was appalling preventing me from reading the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
This experience has been extremely stressful and had left me very short of money just before Christmas. They are awful to deal with and I strongly advice others to avoid this “service”.
