Collector Comps Arvostelua 

Won a 151 trainer box as an instant win on 17th march, emailed on the 31st march because I hadn't been given shipping information. They then emailed back saying that it would be hopefully out to me that week, never received anything or the shipping information. Emailed on the 18th April to follow up that it hadn't been delivered, finally got an email back on 29th april to say that they will send it out 3rd party that day and I still haven't had anything delivered or any emails since and it's now 22nd may which means it's been nearly 2 months of nothing

EDIT - I’ve since changed my review from one to two stars. I’ve received my prizes after months of waiting and countless emails (not all of them got replied to) being told they were sending them and still having to wait, and submitting a negative review.
I now take back my accusation of it being a scam. However this has been hands down the worst experience with a raffle site I have ever had. So I’m reluctantly adding an extra star to this review only because I now have my prizes.

Starting to belive this is a scam. Won a main draw prize and an instant win over 2 months ago now. Sent numerous emails to which only 50% were replied to. Each time I was told that my prize would be sent out that week. Still nothing. Absolutely disgusting service overall. I would avoid at all cost.

Won an instant win after spending 19.99 on one ticket. Got the winning email saying they’d be in contact within 10 working days. They weren’t. Gave them a bit of extra time before emailing. Said they’d respond within 72 hours. They didn’t. The email also said to message on Instagram for a quicker response. Have they responded? No.

I’m now out 20 quid with no instant win on the horizon. If I were you, I’d avoid.

UPDATE (Aug 24): They saw the negative review and apologised they missed it. Said they sent the prize out. Never arrived. Minimal comms since. Said they tried to post a number of times but kept getting returned to them. No other packages I’ve ever ordered have been lost or returned to sender. Cowboys and thieves.

Won a few insta wins and a couple of main comps and for the amount I’ve spent and what I have won I am more then over the moon and the websites very easy to use the only thing I have to add is be patient winning prizes for a fraction of the price is worth the wait but and very polite I have to add

Entered a bunch of competitions over Mar-Apr and won quite a few things, the instant wins are great and the main prizes are too.

The biggest concern is the lack of communication when it's prizes that can be worth hundreds.

Emails for when you've won an item state 10 working days to receive delivery details

My first win was on 18/03/2024, with the win dispatching 07/04/2024, with an email - this was after some pushing

Since, small wins like site credit or a random pack arrive fine - larger more 'collectible' wins take much longer, one of which is now 37 working days overdue, with no response to emails.

My last email was just to at least confirm I will receive any of these items, I am waiting on a few packages, totalling over £200 in value

The win I had and received, great - but I was having to email threatening contacting the ASA to get a response, to which it was nearly instant

I have been left with a fairly neutral view on collector comps.
Although I can confirm I received my prize, it took some chasing up and took a long time to arrive.

Update 16th May Communication has become much better and 1 of the 2 deliveries expected have arrived. If the issue of communication was reseolved and delivery times improved I can't see why this site wouldn't be 5 *.
Update 14th May - They have been in contact to say that all the items will be delivered by the end of this week and I will recieve a tracking number shortly. I would like to think that this is the case and I can update the review to match the better level of communication.

I won several instant win prizes, I have recieved on in relatively good time. I am awaiting 3 more, however, the wait isn't the issue. Ignoring emails and messages, when they have replied I was left with a lie that the item would be shipped that weekend, that was 2 weeks ago and no communication except to once again say that the items were due to be shipped, that was last week.

Have used collector comp quite a bit, have won 4 prizes over that time👍🏻 (odds are quite fair). Have received 3, just waiting on 4th. There has been delays, however communication is good, and when delay happened they even sent a few ‘special extras’ which really do go a long way to ensuring loyalty and maintaining confidence in the customer. Will definitely use them again👍🏻

Had some really good wins but communication is really poor and delays are too long to wait for a prize. I won an instant win back in February. Still awaiting an update on this and still no sign of it arriving. Its a shame because I like the competitions but this is my last one to enter with this company. Other sites sent winnings out normally within a week and I am approaching 3 months waiting for this prize. I didn't really want to leave a bad review but I have waited too long for an update

I am now editing this down to 1 star. After finally receiving communication and waiting it turns out they didn't have my prize available. I have been offered a cash alternative which is fine then I can buy my own. Was told on the 22nd of May this will be done in a few days. 11th of June now and still no money and different excuses on email. Really fed up chasing this now so I'm going to contact the advertising standards authority and get them to sort this mess out. Fed up with this company

Great prizes with a variety of entry costs for everyone. Won on my first go, slight delay in delivery. However I reached out and had good/honest communication. Have received some of my wins and entered more comps 😍
Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try competition sites

Initially won a prize and waited 3 weeks for an update that I had to chase to get. The prize was eventually shipped and that was fine.

However, won an instant win on 22/03 and replied to the email the same day asking for site credit instead. Haven't heard anything back despite a number of emails chasing an update. Friends who also won on the same competition have since had their prizes with apology emails so it's obviously not a delay.

Shame really as the site has good competitions but the delays and lack of communication seriously let them down.

Update 29/04
The company emailed me within a few hours of this review and apologised that there had been a mixup, and for the delay. The order was then fulfilled and I was compensated for the inconvenience. Due to this, I've updates my score to 5* from 1*.

Update 26/4/24 - The day after this review (24th April) I received an email apology, the excuses for the item not being delivered, and that the item would be sent out immediately. 26th April I received the newly ordered item from their supplier.

Got an instant win on their Huge Warhammer Comp on 8th March and the email says "We will be in touch via email within 10 working days with dispatch information!".

I sent an email on the 21st and 24th March asking for info - no response.

Messaged on Facebook on the 24th March - Got a reply saying that it would be looked into. By 28th March there had been no communication back and when I replied asking if there'd been any joy there was no response.

Messaged on Instagram on 22nd March - got a reply on the 31st March saying that it was due with their distributor the coming week and sent straight out.

It is now 23rd April. Horrendous communication. Not receiving what I paid for. There are a million other competition sites that you'd be better spending your money at based on this experience.

Much like several other reviews, I have had zero communication regarding the two instant wins I have 'won' on their website. I receive the win notification email, and despite having chased several times I am yet to hear anything back in response.

Have been using this site for a few months now, Its such a good site. Have won several instant wins and a few main prizes. Prizes can take a while to come through but the team are amazing when emailed and overall its a pleasure being on this site.

I won the main prize in one of their warhammer Wednesday contests on 28th February, I had to contact them to get any information on shipping etc, I have contacted the company many times and they still haven’t sent the prize even after promising via email they would dispatch it the week beginning 18/3. It is now 1/4/2024 and they have stopped responding to emails.

Update they got back to me and my prizes arrived yesterday, they are definitely legit but they do take a long time to get the prizes to you

When prizes are received all is great. However, I am still waiting for prizes won nearly 5 months ago, including a main prize (won Nov 24th 2023). Communication is extremely poor and always have to chase up when prizes will be sent out. Was told prizes are getting sent out end of week on 4th Feb. Still waiting and received no communication. Just be prepared to wait a long long time to receive prizes. Will update once this is resolved.

Plenty to choose from and quite cheap tickets. Won a Magic booster worth about £50, and I am happy to confirm that I have received my prize. I am definitely going to play more and highly recommend to use the site to any collector of Magic, Pokémon or Warhammer minis.

Won an instant win on my first go (got lucky there!) And they were super helpful with se ding out the prize with no fuss. Great competitions and affordable to!

Was a little unsure at first but decided to give it a go as I wasn't let down at all.
Great competitions to choose from at reasonable prices and I managed to get a couple of instant wins on a Warhammer comp.
I didn't hear anything at first after the elapsed time so emailed through, they were responsive and overall very helpful and my wins were quickly dispatched.
Would definitely recommend to give it a go as you never know, you could be a winner too!
