I was very impressed with the speed…

I was very impressed with the speed that you were able to delete a couple of collection accounts I had on my credit report.

My credit score did have a significant increase.

However, after removing the 2 collection accounts no further action was taken to remove the two remaining collection accounts.

I continued paying my monthly payment for several months without anymore actions being taken to continue increasing my credit score.

If nothing more could be done I should have been notified that there was nothing more you could do for me.
