Total package - will definitely be using them again

The delivery was fast, from Belgium to Portugal. The package arrived in great condition and very well and safely packed, so that the product wouldn't suffer any damage.

Inside there were several surprises, including kind messages written in my language, and freebies such as Pokémon cards and candy. I was very touched to see it, since it was my first time ordering from this website.

I was happy with the purchase itself as well, the reason I ordered from this website was because it was the only online store I could find in Europe that still had the 151 Pokémon Booster Bundle in English for sale. Sadly, I wasn't very lucky with my pulls, but obviously that's no one's fault, seeing as this is a game of luck. I will for sure be ordering more from Collectibles Ninja in the future!

This vendor is nothing if not a paradigm of what an online transaction should be. They helped us out when our parcel got mixed up with Greek carrier services. They showed genuine interest in helping us resolve an issue that wasn't even in their end and offered to re-ship if our elite trainer box did not reach us. Very polite yet very professional. Also the box contained some treats and a thank you letter written in our mother tongue. Nothing if not the best and we're looking forward to buying from them again.

Wat een ontzettend fijne winkel. Pakje was dezelfde dag nog verstuurd en ik werd keurig op de hoogte gehouden. De funko pop was in een fantastisch goede staat en meer dan keurig verpakt. Er zaten zelfs wat leuke extra dingen bij. Een absolute aanrader.

Wil je in de watten worden gelegd bij een online aankoop, dan moet je hier zijn. AANRADER!! Topverpakt met liefde, dat voel je. Spoiler allert, er zit nog een extra verrassing bij.

Na lang zoeken vond ik bij Collectibles Ninja eindelijk de Resident Evil Funko Pop Tyrant.
Het bestellen verliep soepel en het pakket werd dezelfde dag nog verzonden.
Het pakket werd heel goed verzonden. Zowel de Funko Pop als de Pokemon kaarten pakjes werden verpakt in bubbeltjes plastic en deze werden weer stevig verpakt in een doos vol met "opvulchips", waardoor de Pop en de kaarten geen kant op konden.
Daarnaast was de doos gevuld met verschillende extraatjes en een leuke bedank tekst/brief.
Ik raad deze webwinkel zeker aan en ben ontzettend blij met de aanvulling voor mijn collectie!
