Bought the Coldture tub and chiller. After one year the chiller stopped working. Been trying to get ahold of support since they promise a two year warranty.

They have been ignoring me and have not been helpful at all.

I would stay far away from these guys as you can. They are WAY overpriced too. You can get a similar setup for 1/4th of the price.

poor product, with poor support at a premium price. You do the math. NOT worth it at all.

I've been using Coldture's chiller + tub for my own personal use and with clients since 2022. The product is great and their customer service team is super-responsive. I'm so glad I decided to 'take the plunge' with Coldture!

I ordered a cold plunge tub and chiller on December 2nd and after 29 days, the tub arrived and no chiller. Their delivery commitment is 2-10 business days. This company has lied to me about their delivery commitment. I would never deal with them again.

I bought this coldture 1 year ago. I have nothing but the most respect for the team at coldture. There product as been everything they have told me and there service is even better.

Straight up service and easy to get a hold of. They even answered me after work hours which I dont expect but I found that over the top.

I highly recommend this company to people looking to get the best cold plunge in the game.

Have been requesting a return on my tub and chiller for a week now and have not hear ANYTHING! Ignoring emails, won’t answer phones and straight up won’t accept a return! Don’t waste your money!

Had high hopes for this product, but the customer service absolutely ruined it for me!

My tub shipped within a day and I got an email and phone call from the founders to assist me with setup and answer my questions. The tub comes with everything I needed to setup + I even got a step stool and repair kit (just in case).

I would not use this service for their customer service alone. I cannot speak to the quality of the product since after waiting 2 months I have not received it. Initially on their site they said 3-4 week delivery. They did not even provide an update until I sent them a bunch of emails which they initially ignored for a week. When asking to cancel they again just keep ignoring my emails.

I'll update this if they send my money back.
