I placed an order over a week ago and now the website is just gone. I tried sending an email to their support based on the order confirmation email I got and have not heard anything back. I have no shipping confirmation, and no way to get in touch, they just took my money and disappeared.

Shipping was a bit slow, but it was worth the wait!

The cold brew has that strong and smooth flavor of coffee bean that a true cold brew drinker enjoys! I’m so shocked by the few negative reviews on its flavor; I am 100% certain these folks unfortunately don’t know what they’re talking about.

Take it from someone who ONLY drinks cold brew over the last couple of years (unless I absolutely have to drink something else), this might be the best I’ve been able to put in my house and not seek out a coffee shop for in a long time!

I am a daily cold brew drinker and decided to try this subscription service to save money and extra trips to the store. I regret it. The box is a huge pain, it’s hard to get the cold brew out and then when I put it back in the fridge the spout leaked everywhere. But most importantly this is the most disgusting coffee product I have ever tasted. It tastes like I’m drinking rancid coffee from an ash tray. Seriously. A strong aftertaste of cigarette ash.

The coffee comes in a pouch with a spout and a handle. You dilute 2:1 and it's a really good cold brew.

Shipping took a really long time. When I went to the website to cancel, I couldn't log in. Clicked on the chat icon, no one answered. No message saying it was offline. Nor have I heard back via email.

Update: It's been 3 days. Cold Brew Club requested verification of my account but hasn't bothered to contact me nor to confirm my subscription has been cancelled as I requested.

"Previous response"? What previous response? I didn't receive any response. No email, nada. Anyway. Thank you for cancelling. You may want to re-think your customer lack-of-service model.

For starters, I like a *hefty* cold brew in the morning, aka a 30 or 35oz yeti. If you're like me, you know this makes 99.9% of CB products out there way too expensive. You have to either buy a jug of premade brew (not economical for daily use), or you buy concentrate that tries to tell you 12oz of coffee is enough (equally uneconomical long-term). Or, you make your own. For years I've made my own, but it gets to be a pain and messy. So I wanted to see if there was a concentrate subscription that wasn't trying to rip me off. I got my first box within a day or two and sure enough it's great quality, comes in a box so it fits high volume, and tastes great. I like that i am not overpaying for some brand/marketing/packaging design. I just want a nice big cold brew in the morning with minimal effort... Until now, the entire industry was telling me, i was asking too much. Drinking my 7th serving from the box (keep in mind im doing 35oz servings) and i feel like i might be able to get 1-1.5 more servings out of it. 8 or so hefty servings is pretty good value for convenience and quality! Going to order more.

The coffee is fantastic, I love it showing up and getting 30-40 days of cold brew. The packaging is a little problematic, the spigot tends to get stuck and can't turn the flow of coffee off. That leads to spills which I don't love.

Delicious cold brew and it fits perfectly in my fridge. I literally have cold brew on tap now!

I ordered coffee drink here for the first time. Coffee was good, the flavor rivals any other cold drinks, that I ever know. But the order took longer than expected. That why 4 stars.

Love it! If you try this coffee and don’t immediately love it, try tweaking the dilution a bit. The recommendation is a 2:1 dilution and while I don’t think you should stray too far away from that, it’s worth the reminder that it doesn’t account for personal preferences. Play with it a bit if necessary until you find what works for you. That’s the best part about this coffee. You have the flexibility to make your perfect cup of brew!! Awesome product!! In the future I do hope they are able to offer smaller portions, mainly for refrigerator space as I’m not sure I’ll be able to get through this before the next batch arrives. But that’s just a small observation and far from a complaint. I highly recommend!!!

I would love to be able to review the actual product, but I ordered it 6/6 and it hasn’t arrived. I did reach out and was told they are having trouble with my address ( I provided a PO Box and physical..). They use the USPS for delivery, so I am not sure why a physical and P.O. Box didn’t work, and why I had to call them to find out it was a problem... I will update once I actually get some product.

This was my first order, not sure if I will order again. Coffee was alright , nothing to write home about. The order took longer than expected, and was warm when I got it. I live in las vegas its hot out but they say it should arrive cool. I wish there was clear information on the recommended mix of the coffee, I had to scour the website for the info. either print it on the bag or create a FAQ on the website. Great idea but needs improvement.

Extremely satisfied. Love using Oatmilk and frothing it with the cold setting on my aeroccino. The coldbrew has a delightful nutty flavour.

Love all of the recyclable materials in the shipping box and the order was delivered very quickly. Coffee as always was very tasty

I just finished my first box and I love it. It has a great flavor and is a total game changer. My boyfriend prefers iced coffee and often went out for coffee each morning. This is a great alternative and he says he will never go back to his old ways.
I really appreciated the eco friendly packaging it came in, makes me feel better about ordering a subscription service each month! They guarantee quality and a new box if the coffee does not come cold. I really recommend this company, I love everything about it!

The coffee itself is good, but the customer service is outstanding. I had a small issue with my pouch having a defective spout. I was sent a completely new shipment to make up for it and the second has worked out well. The cost may seem high but when broken down it is pretty inexpensive, and the way it arrives makes the shipping cost clear. So well insulated that the pouch is still cold after 4 days in route. The only reason I won't be ordering this again is the chunks or chips of what are either coffee beans or chocolate that are in it. The taste is nice but personally the whole surprise texture threw me off.

A friend recommended this to me and I was hesitant at first. But when I tried their coffee, I never looked back! I really love their coffee. I was really impressed.

We visited the drive-thru at our local Starbucks and ordered two caramel frappes. Terrible decision, but we had a gift card and otherwise would not have been there. There was just a hint of coffee flavor and very little caramel.
