excellent service

Had an issue with part of my order - but was resolved quickly and replacement item sent out toot sweet so all sorted, well done Guys and Girls !

Stuart, I'm glad to hear you received your replacement goods safely on the 8th September. We do take pride in our customer service, and am sorry that on this occasion one of the items arrived damaged. I have taken this up with our courier. With regards to the apparent deleted message - my colleague George was trying to forward your what's app photo to email so he could send to our warehouse to check stock. Don't have the products in stock and dident bothered to let me know for some time after the purchase. Big time waste.

Michael, sincere apologies. We had a spike in orders for our Rigid Single product, and we ran into a supply issue with the metal runners we use to manufacture them. We should have reached out to you immediately but were trying to get clarity on when we would receive the metal runners so we could give you a realistic date. The product is now back in stock. We do normally pride ourselves with fast order turnaround. I'm sorry that our service levels fell below our normal levels on this occasion.

The items i bought were 100% perfect

The items i bought were 100% perfect , rapid delivery and i was very pleased etc etc ... at the time of purchase trustpilot asked for a product review which i gave (as above) ....
however , i am now constantly bombarded with trustpilot emails asking me to review the same items ? sorry ..i'm at a loss ! hoping this re-review will be the last regarding this item

The ONLY place for quality seals that…

The ONLY place for quality seals that are made from the right material and fit too. It sounds simple, but in this world of cheap repro parts, Baines are an exception. We have been working with them for over 30 years and will continue to do so.
