New phone
New phone, same account, zero IQ results showing. Turned out my data was fine I'd created a second account with a typo in the email. Support merged everything.

I reported the charge to my bank as fraud before contacting anyone. Then Cognius explained it was my own trial converting, refunded it, and I had to sheepishly withdraw the dispute.
