Roasting Notes
This is our only Robusta on the site and sourced from Vietnam. This is very chaffy and oily and if you are going to have a problem with smoking or fire hazard, this is the coffee that will do it! We only EVER use this to blend with other coffee to increase caffeine content. It is typically twice the caffeine of all the other coffee on here. It also provides a superb crema. Depending on your roaster, you may want to roast this with other coffees rather than post blend after roasting.
We recommend using this for 10-15% of a coffee blend.
****PLEASE BE AWARE THESE ARE RAW, UNROASTED COFFEE BEANS, NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION BEFORE BEING ROASTED****

A vital component of any homemade blend of coffee, pair with an arabica of your choice for a wonderful, well-rounded cup.

Makes a great tasting coffee by itself, and rounds out other beans if blending.
