I placed the order two weeks ago but still not received anything. I sent email for several times to ask for tracking number but no one got back to me. If anyone notice me here, can you please send me a tracking number or get refund to me?

Lied that my item was in stock, lied that it had been dispatched when I asked customer services.
Was not provided with any tracking information when I ordered. Left a message on the answer machine to call me back - they didn’t.

Awful. Never received the product. Attempted to contact multiple times, multiple methods. Lesson to all, look a company up before using them for the first time, even if they 'look' reputable. I have been lucky for so long. This is the first, but my lesson learned.

Product never received. Contact only possible via email so takes time to respond and only ever receive excuses. My cafetiere is still on order - I was told 10 days ago they were due in imminently but I've heard nothing more. The website gives no indication they are out of stock. Dreadful service. Will never use again.

Terrible, didn't have any of the items in stock but continue to still sell online, ordered over a month ago but still nothing! STAY AWAY

Some of my order was missing, and so far have sent 2 emails to customer service to chase the items, and no one has answered.
Very disappointing, very poor service.

I never received any of the items and have now had to open a claim. Nobody from the company responds- I just receive automated messages from them to say my order has been shipped. This has been going on since August. I won’t be shopping from here again.

After 3 months order never arrived and when I get message from customer service same info saying it is coming next week. Well

I waited almost two weeks and still hadn’t received any correspondence or goods. I then requested a refund -which was agreed to- but 5 weeks later I still haven’t received that either.

Still waiting delivery after 2 weeks. What a nightmare. Email no reply. Phone call no staff pick up. Try every way to contract retailer. Terrible experience.

I waited a month but I still haven’t got my packages ????? They didn’t even informed me in advance or after the payment. I emailed them after a week of waiting and they told me they need 5 more days coz my stuff somehow is out of stock(they didn’t mention that in the website), two weeks later I emailed again, they told me wait another 7-10 days. 10 days later, now, I got nothing.

It's been 20 days and I still haven't received the grinder I ordered, no communication other than since I have chased the order. I'm not sure what the product is like, but customer service isn't great so far unfortunately.

Very poor service , I made an order about 11 days ago and still no sign of the parcel . They managed to take my money very quickly though .

Products not available despite being on web site.
Delivery over a week later than promised and as a result I was away on holiday when delivery took place and package left outside on my doorstep for 6 days !

We have not received this product 34 days after ordering.

Ordered some scales 17 days ago. Still not received my item!

My experience with coffee box has been really very poor indeed.
An order placed on 5/9/21, which I was assured would be delivered in a maximum of 5 days, has still not arrived despite full payment having been taken from my card on the day of ordering. I have sent them 6 emails none of which have had any response. I have sent 2 letters to their postal address and left several voicemails - again no response at all. I have asked to cancel the order and requested a full refund which I have not yet had. I have now passed this matter to my credit card company to take further. Over 6 weeks after placing my order I have neither my goods nor my refund of £300.
I have since ordered from another company as this was for a 21st birthday gift - it arrived within 5 days.
Please do not use this company, their customer service is appalling. I buy from lots of online retailers and have never had an issue like this before with any other company.

I am still waiting after 5 weeks for my order. Order status changed to shipped and still not arrived after 7 days up to now.
Several communications and still no product..

Very disappointed 😞
