No delivery and refund only after insistence
I purchased a Microsoft Windows for Workstations license from Codesforever.com yesterday. After completing the payment, I realized that the license was not delivered instantly, which was not clearly stated before purchase.
A few hours later, I formally requested a refund. I contacted the company through every available channel: email, both WhatsApp numbers listed on their website and emails, SMS messages, and their contact forms. Despite all these attempts, I received no refund and no real response.
The Mexican phone number they use appears to be deliberately ignoring or avoiding me as a customer, which strongly suggests an attempt to evade responsibility. At this point, I had no other option but to report the transaction as fraud to my bank and initiate a chargeback.
This experience shows a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer support. Selling software licenses without clear delivery terms and then ignoring refund requests is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are willing to risk losing their money.
Update: The refund was eventually received successfully, but only after repeated insistence and follow-ups on my part. While the issue was finally resolved, the process should not have required this level of persistence from a customer.
