Code n Webs Arvostelua 2

I originally hired Code N Webs and their associate business LogoOrb to build and maintain my wedding photography website. I gave them instructions of exactly what I wanted and they quoted me $1500-$2000. The final charge was $4500. The entire time that they were designing and building my website I would tell them exactly what I wanted and then they would respond several times with something completely different. The original build was around 2021 or 2022. About seven months ago the photo galleries on my website disappeared, I contacted them and they said I needed to pay another $700 to restore my gallery which I did. Then a month after I paid them my whole website went down. They then said that they would keep my website up and running for three years for $1998 which included maintenance, security and storage. Which again I reluctantly paid. Six months into the three years my website totally failed and is no longer up and running. They told me that I would have to pay another $1650 to keep it up and running even though I already paid $1998 for three years and only got six months. I have refused to pay them another dime since I already paid them and they didn't do what I paid them to do. This has hurt my business as a wedding photographer since my photo samples, my reviews and my contracts are all on the website which is no longer up and running. I paid them thousands of dollars and instead of doing what I paid them to do they keep asking for more money. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company they are nothing but headaches and consistently failed in every area and their only response was to ask for more money even though they don't do what they were already paid to do.

Not sure if Jay Brown is a representative of this company or the owner. to all doing research into this company I recommend you save your money. First off his starting price was at $1,299 then after negotiating he got down to a 1 time fee of $499 "for us only" he says. when I asked how he makes money he didnt have a real answer. there is NO company that will do a service for a lifetime and not make money. We let Jay know we will not be moving forward. He called me, so i text him back. he says to stop texting him. i asked for his bosses number so i can let then know how rude he is.. and this is what he sends me....

"I thought you people were educated, business people, but you guys turned out to be time wasters. I am blocking this number you can text all you like. Cheap and Time wasters Black listing both you father and son! "
Yes obviously I said a few choice words after the disrespect! All this for the simple fact he cant make a sell? Mr Brown, if you cant handle not closing every deal you try and make. Sir , this business is not for you!
