I love everything I have purchased so far. Great quality and shipping is always on time

First time shopping online with Coco Village and it was such a refreshing experience. From the variety of options, categorized so well, to the live chat option <3

It won't be my last time shopping now that we're welcoming our daughter's arrival.

Until next time xo

I’m really disappointed in their customer service. We pre ordered educational tower on Feb 1st with the promise of it being delivered in the month of April. It’s May now and I’ve only heard from other customers who have shared that now it’s delayed even further, to be delivered sometime mid or late May. It would have been more professional of cocovillage if they contacted the affected customers directly with the shipping delay updates. Had I known this would be the case, I would have purchased from another company. I would not shop here again and will also share my experience with family and friends.

Customer service tells you want you want to hear.
They tell you your pre-order items are coming in and you will receive them soon, but then weeks go by and you still haven't received anything.
Also, to receive free shipping to the US you have to spend $100, which I did. One of the items I purchased was a pre-order, so I had to wait for the pre-order item to come into the warehouse and then Coco Village sold out of other items that I had purchased. They must not track inventory well and/or do not set items aside.

Great quality products Just a long delivery time. Wish it was faster

Although I haven’t received my order yet, (ordered yesterday) the quality of you products are exactly what I’m looking for! I’m very excited and hope that I won’t be disappointed…

Coco Village is one of our favorite companies! Their products are amazing and customer service is superb! Love the aesthetic look they give off as well! OBSESSED with everything we’ve purchased!

We loved the balance bike very much, it was child friendly, beautiful color and design and sustainable material. It was delivered on time and no issues with service.

We have several Coco Village toys in our playroom and will continue to grow our collection! My little one loves all her wooden play food in her kitchen and using her imagination. Great quality toys!

We are obsessed with Coco Village! We love everything from this brand! Our favorite is the balance bike! I just ordered the learning tower and I can wait to get it! Their products are absolutely beautiful and made of high quality materials! Every time I had a question their customer service was really helpful! Thank you Coco Village I can’t wait to try more of your products!

We are absolutely in love with coco village products, that use on daily basics, from toys, to bedding and bikes Love their quality style and customer service is great, one of our favorite store so far.

I'm obsessed with everything from Coco Village! So far my little ones have a blender, toaster, and various wooden fruit sets from there. The craftsmanship is amazing, and the muted colors and tones are so much more aesthetically pleasing than anything Target sells. The shipping and customer service are great as well. All in all, a seamless experience from start to finish.

Literally love everything about Coco Village! Everything we have gotten is so cute very well put together :) we have had a minor problem with a part on the balance bike, an costumer service was amazing an got us the part shipped out to us with in 5 days!

Love Cocovillage! They have the cutest toys and they are always a hit with my daughter. I have been buying from them since my daughter was born and she’s two now!

We have ordered a few items off Coco Village and my kids love them. The Doll House is gorgeous and the doll pram and bunk beds are adorable. We just love the quality and cute design.

Absolutely love our Coco Village products, out market stand and play food are staples that get played with daily! We also love the climbing cube and are looking forward to getting the kitchen stand so the kids can get a safe boost while helping in the kitchen.

We have purchased from coco village several times and have always been satisfied with their products! We just recently ordered several sets of the play food. They are wooden and 100 times better than the cheap plastic sets. I also love that they are split down the middle allowing my daughter to use the wooden knife to develop her fine motor skills.
