It took awhile to receive my items but customer service was on top of it… The jewelry is very nice and my girls loved it… Will definitely be buying again..

I ordered 3 pieces. The jewelry arrived later than anticipated, so please order in advance. They responded to my inquiries the next day, and were very helpful and courteous. My daughter sent me the link for a mother daughter ring,
i bought her the ring, she loved it and i also go mother daughter matching bracelets. She will love those as well.

I ordered four bracelets as Christmas gifts for my friends and was finally able to give them to them recently. Unfortunately, all of the bracelets are very loose and feel flimsy near the clasp. One of the bracelets already broke after only two days of wear.

I wanted to see if it would be possible to receive four replacement bracelets that are smaller and more secure at the clasp. We absolutely love the look of them, but the fit and durability have been disappointing.

I ordered the mother/daughter birthstone ring for both my daughter and myself for Christmas. When they arrived I was sad to see that I had mistakenly put the wrong month for my daughter’s birthstone. I contacted the company and asked if I could send them back and get replacement rings with the correct stone.
The reply was quick, kind and so helpful. They quickly shipped the correct order and we had them before Christmas.
The rings are absolutely beautiful. The stones are so bright and clear. I was a little worried about wearing adjustable band because in the past I had found that they pinch and are uncomfortable. That is not the case with this ring, no problems at all.

I recently bought this mother daughter ring For my daughter’s Xmas Christmas gift and She and I were very disappointed that the gem fell out not even 2 hours after my daughter was given it as an Xmas gift. Super embarrassing as a mom, also it represented the relationship between mother and daughter , so it was not the best outcome- we are not happy.
