Cococart Arvostelua 

Ordered earlier from Cococart and experience was adequate at best. This time, I placed order #COCO25481 and the delivery was quite late. Moreover, 2 items were missing from the package. Tried contacting helpline number, no one picked up even after 20 minutes. Tried contacting on whatsapp, they stopped replying after getting to know the issue. Please refrain from buying through Cococart to avoid fraudulent experience.

Disgusting experience at Phoneix market,Pune store... How can u store your lindt chocolates in a plastic box at normal temperature, wasnt even sure if the AC worked in an open shop? No closed door? Stop selling them if u cant fulfill their maintenance cost. Diasaster!Pathetic taste..no where does it matches to the quality LINDT holds. It was completely gooey the moment we had one. Worst! Dont even deserve that 1 star rating. Sell local chocolate instead if u cant afford to maintain authenticity of a product.

We opened our chocolates today and found three packets that were near or post expiry date. Feel very disappointed with my first experience with Cococart.

Terrible stale chocolates, very near expiry date and worst of all the worst CS you can get. Don’t waste you time and money ordering from them

Worst experience from cococart... They are fraudulent and they have cheated me of ₹ 20,000/- . They have cheated me of my money .... Never pay online to such fraudulent websites.... They claimed they didn't receive any payment and I have lost my money

Awful experience. I placed order no. #COCO5542 with them on 17/09/22. On 20th they call and insist that their delivery partner has informed that it is out of their delivery area. I live in Hyderabad

For over a month my fully paid order has not been fulfilled. No updates and no follow up. Order at your own risk!

Worst customer service & delivery partners who are good for nothing... Anyone looking for chocolates don't waste your time buying from them on their website... for they have pathetic customer & delivery service. So cocoa cart there many useless customers who are happy to do spoon-feeding with regard to directions but I am not one of them... what is the use of google maps & me paying google ?? if your delivery partner can't/refuses type the name of the business on the map for directions.. it's not my problem I am not his slave & he is not a baby that he can't look up the address on google Maps...

I bought After Eight mint chocolates ( 200 gm x 3) from their Mumbai Intl airport shop. It was on a buy 2 get 1 free offer. While I ensured that the product expiry date was not close by and that the packaging was intact, I was in for a rude shock when I opened the boxes. The chocolates inside had melted and the mint filling had flown out in all 3 boxes. Though, they were at a/c temperature when bought, It was very clear that the chocolates were stored under hot conditions which resulted in the derioration of quality. That also could possibly be the reason for discount - however not known to the customer. Beware of such short changing by Cococart.

It’s clear that Cococart is little more than a scam. Their courier service will say the product is out of their delivery zone and their customer service will meanwhile keep promising your order is on the way. Ultimately it’ll be too much bother to keep following up and not only will you have lost the money you paid them, but also not receive the product you were looking forward to.

A disappointing and frustrating experience- why pay to have that?

Worst place to buy chocolates. Bought one and got a tampered pack with stale old chocolates. Never buy from these people. Big time cheaters..

Have been cheated by cococart whereby the free item in buy one get one free scheme was conveniently deleted in the final bill and not delivered.I had photo proof with date of the item but they are putting blame on me.Also delivery service communication is horrible.

They have a Buy 1 Get 1 offer in their website but insist on the customers to add the free product in the cart as well to avail the offer. This offer is not put forward at the product page as well which is some kind of a scam technique they have implemented in their website. What if a customer comes via google search/ads and directly lands at the product page where nothing is mentioned regarding such terms? I can provide screenshots too regarding this.

I am a web developer and I know, all it takes is a single line code to make sure +1 item is added to the customers cart with such offer but they intend on fooling their customers where Buy 1 Get 1 is mentioned in the product page but everything else in their website terms & main page banners which changes every second.

There are many other websites where you can buy chocolates from overseas. I suggest do not use this website at any cost. You will feel cheated with their hidden scam agenda like I did.
