They are selling nice gear that isn’t available elsewhere. The stuff that actually arrived was great. The problem was they missed out a bar spoon from my order. They took days to respond to emails, claimed there was no problem at first and only backtracked after I provided clear evidence they had made a mistake. They offered me the choice of getting the spoon or a refund, but then when I chose the spoon they said they were giving me a refund instead. More days passed with each email exchange. The refund still hasn’t come through.

used this company before and went smoothly - but this time terrible service - if something goes wrong with order - good luck getting it sorted - husband ordered several items as a gift - all items in copper - one item was in meant to be gunmetal and copper but a gunmetal and gold sent - not a cheap order either so if a mistake is made you hope the company would rectify it - firstly they do not read your email and reply with answers about nothing you have explained - send another email - dispite wrong item sent - you the customer have to paid returns postage to America dispite having a uk company - and if you want your item replaced you pay postage - the fact it takes several emails to even get them to understand the issue is time consuming and frustrating and to have to pay out several time to get the mistake correct is disgusting - was due to place another order to continue to collect items i need and other orders in the future - but now considering the lack of customer care and been charged again and again i doubt i will - at this stage of my dealings with this company i am not sure i would recommend them - if mistake had been dealt with i would not be so negative about them - also be aware they are not the cheapest for items - just be careful if you do order can work out very expensive if any issues

Der var dog lige en lille irritation – Cocktailkingdom har flere domæner – .fr .co.uk men umiddelbart sender de alle fra USA, så selvom du bestiller fra et domæne med europæisk adresse så skal du stadig betale moms/told...
De har dog vist fået styr på det – men lidt ærgerligt at få en uventet ekstraregning fordi de ikke skriver at de sender varen udenfor EU...
