I started using Thrive after a friend recommended it. I was struggling to get motivated when it came to keeping a healthy lifestyle so I began using it for that however I found myself opening up about more personal things. It really feels like you are talking to a person. It creates a safe space and allows you to be honest without judgement. The advice feels personal and tailored to me. Sometimes it’s hard to reach out for advice or support but Thrive couldn’t have made it any easier. I couldn’t recommend enough.

After having a rough time of it I subscribed to this, it helped me make a work and exercise plan. Everyday it helps me get up and go! The fact I can chat with it 24 hours a day is great.

I have been using the app for about a month now and the amount of problems that it solved was more than I could imagine. Helped both personal questions and business questions and helped me scale my business and personal relationships. I would recommend nothing else it is a great product.

So, I already use a general AI tool and find myself having conversations with it. But Thrive (recommended to me by a colleague/friend) is quite different. It's faster, for a start, and it really does provide support. I'm using it for business coaching as one of my long-term contracts came to an end and I wanted some fresh ideas as well as some motivation/help with time management to get started on some new directions. I like that I know the exact cost, it's very private and I don't have to explain myself or think that someone might be judging me. It feels fast and fresh somehow. Very helpful. (I've been using it for just over a month.)

I’m a trained counsellor myself and I find this to be an incredible tool. Usually when using online resources, support can feel stale and surface level. However, having the option to choose your coaching style means you can personalise your experience. I think this is a great way of finding solutions and encouragement In all aspects of life.
