Coach Parry Arvostelua

The advice because I am run since 2008 doing my first Comrades in 2009 with advice from runners who previously die Comrades which I regret now. I I had advice which I get from you then it would have been completely different. I struggled to finished Comrades and missed 4 finishes outside cutt off but no regret . I have learned hard lessons and hope with the help of Coach Parry's training program I will finish within cut off.

Always open and honest, realistic feedback. Coupled with science and tried and tested methods.

The coach parry program has been great so far. Excellent programming along with helpful guidance and support as we go! I look forward to see how I progress in both how I feel and in my coming races.

The daily reminders. The Red to Green. The video strength sessions and the structure of the programme building you up progressively. Take away the injuries and performance anxiety especially with a runner like me that has been plagued by injuries.

The setup guides are easy to use to link your device and to setup training program.

I joined their "Faster After Fifty" programme. In the welcome email they told me I had access to their chat forum and I should post there.

However my access to the forum was blocked and their support team just said it's not included in my programme - even though it is EXPLICITLY listed in check list in the welcome email SPECIFICALLY for this programme.

I just don't like this type of business practice. It's basically just dishonest. I expect better from a reputable team like Coach Parry.

According to the check list I can also attend a live Q+A call, but I suppose that will be denied me too.

Had a great one on one with Lindsey. He made me feel motivated and comfortable with the fact that I am training for comrades and mountain bike events, I was worried that it would be too much. Really enjoy the strength and foot core programs and all the info that is available on the app
Well done!

Plan was modified to suit my training requirements. The exercise regime with the road work is great. The tips and warnings provide great guidance.

The platform is super easy to use. And the continuous emails and communication on how to better is really helpful. I think that with the help of this app and your guidance i will achieve something special on the 100th comrades

Lots of on going support and access to information.

It’s been great App easy to follow all exercises clear and precise . I am enjoying it so far training smarter

Minutes after joining the Coach Parry Faster Beyond Fifty (FBF) training club I was welcomed by several emails. These included inviting me to explore the Coach Parry platform, initial profile set-up, exploring the forum (a goldmine of information), schedule an on-boarding call, attend live info/question sessions, and the all important access to the (live and recorded) strength sessions!

The coaches I’ve engaged with have been helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

A 5 Star start, in my book! Looking forward to seeing where the coaches and club members can help me go!

Amazing amount of resources and coaches that are very happy to answer any questions via the forum. The option of having recorded strength sessions and coaching calls is absolutely fantastic and super useful especially for those of us who can't make it for the live sessions

The coaches are so approachable and helpful. The site is easy to navigate and when I have had questions they answered within a day. Coach Parry and his coaches are absolute gems.

The opportunity to train for next years comrades with coach Lindsey's advise threw his trainers.

Great enthusiasm and passion from the coaches. I genuinely feel like my best running interests are being met. Wonderful resources, training programs, instructional videos and a forum to be heard and helped.

I joined at ground zero. I've never run or participated in sports in my life. I needed all the help I could get. Since joining CP I've simply not had to look elsewhere for training. Everytime I do a session I'm believing more and more that I can actually do the Comarades Marathon.

thank you! Love the help and advise

The Coach Parry app is well structured with tons of supportive videos and available information.
In addition the access to coaches directly via weekly webinars and also via the forum is terrific for ensuring that you receive personalised advice for your specific needs and context.
