I tried CMSVoice after struggling with online visibility. The setup was smooth and the concept is quite modern. I just wish the reporting dashboard had a bit more clarity.
My business was total mess. My info was on almost every smart speaker out there. CMS took the entire project off my plate. They got my business verified and synced properly. I am just glad I do not have to deal with it anymore.

These guys cold call my business constantly. This is 100% a scam. They will tell you that your company isn’t showing up on voice searches and you need to pay $220 activation and $20/mo to “register” and “stay in compliance with Apple and Google’s terms”. The most deceptive tactic I think is that they say they are contracted by, or representing Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

Honestly, I actually came across CMSVoice by chance while I was looking into ways to get more local customers. I did not expect much from it in the beginning. Brandon walked me through what they do. The whole idea of voice search was new to me, but it made sense when he explained how people just ask their phones for services now. After getting started, I did not notice anything big right away, but after some time, I started getting calls from people who said they found me through voice search. That was something I had never heard before from customers. I feel like it is a good addition alongside the other things I am already doing for my business.

I was tired of getting calls from people two hours away whom I couldn't even help. I talked to the team about narrowing down my reach to just the local neighborhoods I actually serve. They fine-tuned my voice search settings so that only the nearby leads are the ones finding me. It has saved me so much time on the phone because the people calling are actually in my area. This company harasses me on a daily basis to sign up for their service. I keep asking them to remove me from their call lists or to escalate my concern to a manager, but they just hang up and call back later. They are 100% a scam service. The one time I pretended to be interested they transferred me to a contract dept, where I asked to speak with manager. The "manager" got on the phone and cussed at me, calling me names and telling me that I was "not their customer, just some chump". Suffice to say, I am now keeping a record of their calls and the related phone numbers. I'm hoping I can figure out where their business is registered so I can press charges. If a rep would kindly reply with the business address I would really appreciate it.
