Great customer service and very helpful with the process of getting your medical card, whether it’s your first time or renewal. They help you with all the steps until finished. I have to say my best experience customer service.

I had a great deal of difficulty this time trying to renew my card. CannaCare helped me nearly immediately. We got it rectified in no time and had my new card in a week.

Dr Felix Vershvovsky was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic! He let me ask lots of questions, offered options I had not previously considered for managing pain symptoms from a rare genetic disorder I have, and he was able to identify alternative methods to conventional smoking for THC / CBD intake that will be more effective for me in the long term.

We also talked at length during our session and Dr Vershvovsky gave me the space to ask questions I've been struggled to talk about with other providers. I was given the impression that he cares deeply about how he can help his patients still reach important goals in spite of pain or changes in mobility.

You are great but incredibly dysfunctional regarding your follow up. I get called numerous times by different people for the same issue . I’m talking 5-6 times! This email is the third contact this time around.
There are cheaper alternatives at every dispensary . Don’t be a bother.

What made this experience great is the ease of use and excellent customer service. All my questions and concerns have been addressed, and friendly representatives have been helpful and followed up to ensure any issues or questions were resolved.

I started down this road to try to control the pain I have. So far it's working well. It doesn't get everything but it certainly gives me time away from harsher prescription meds. So, works for me.
