Bought leather repair kit following IG ad and paid for faster shipping. Weeks go by with nothing. Reached out and was given excuses and promised a refund, which never came. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card co.

Slow shipment, ordered grey balm, was labeled correctly but it wasn’t grey. It was some odd tan color. Sent an email, no response and no resolution. Terrible experience

This stuff worked great and was way more affordable than replacing the seats.

The recoloring balm did a great job covering a couple of spots on our sofa.

Ridiculous and Incompetent AI chat system. I ordered their leather conditioner, but instead I received the leather re-coloring balm. I immediately went on line to the AI chat system and told them of the problem. They said they would email a shipping label so I could return the wrong item and they would replace it with what I had actually ordered. That was May 23, it’s now June 2 and I’m still waiting for the shipping label after many repeated chats asking for the shipping label.
I sent an email to the customer service, still no response!
I ordered from this company because of their supposed great customer service reviews, WHAT A JOKE, the good reviews must be fake!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company.
I now have a product that I didn’t order and didn’t receive the leather conditioner that I did order!
Would NEVER order anything from this company ever again!!!
If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would!!!

It was great! The product worked amazingly, and I was able to get a great outcome

I placed an order on May 12th and was immediately charged. I chased up the order after a silence on May 19th (supposedly 3 days shipping) to discover that the standard black restoration kit is out of stock until September 1st. I have had several email interactions with AI bots and two people who claimed to be human. All I want is my money back but I have a whole collection of apologies and lies and excuses. Very unprofessional!
Disappointed and Frustrated.

Ordered on May 6, received confirmation in my email. They immediately debited my account but now on May 21st
I have yet to receive anything, only communication is with a computer. Called the number and disconnected 4 times after giving all information each time. State that my email and order number do not match, yet i have in my email stream their conformation with my order number. Please do not use this company. One day I will learn to check customer service before I order

I made a purchase in mid-April 2026 and have been trying to reach them for over a month, to find out how to return it for a better matching color. I've used the contact form on their website – twice – no response. I've emailed their customer service – multiple times – no response. I've called their customer service – multiple times – and the bot hangs up on me. There is literally no way to reach a human being at this company. Terrible customer service. I have no way to return this product so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card.

Placed Order #113687 on 4/28/2026 with 3 day shipping. As of 5/19/26 still have not received.

Placed order April 26 order#113492 didn’t ship after a week. Was told they couldn’t find my order from my email. When sent my receipt they said it would be shipped in a week. Got an email today saying order is delayed and didn’t provide any timeline or option to cancel.

April 28 order placed. May 15th now product. They cannot find the order by my email address.
USPS # 9235990351533403595122 states label created, but never put into the hands of the USPS. This is what you get when dealing with Liberal Democratic Socialist Yankees.

The product goes a long way and matched perfectly to my leather sofa!

Clyde’s was out of stock on a common color of leather stain, and also proceeded to add 2 more items to my order WITHOUT my authorization, and billed me for them. Never let me know that it was out of stock until I checked on the order.
