Cluny Country Store Arvostelua

Firstly i am on their mailing list which is good for upcoming sales and new products on the market , so I am always in the know when new items come in and on this occassion i noticed the new Harkila Skye shooting waistcoat , so went along to check it out , after trying it out and finding it very comfortable to wear i bought it, i have tried it out at the clay pigeons and it is the best shooting waistcoat i have worn , so comfortable on , i would also like to mention that the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all products and always willing to help

Exceptionally supportive over the phone, and the product was delivered swiftly. I would certainly purchase from Cluny once more.

Fantastic purchasing experience with Robbie. He has used the scopes personally, and so wasn't simply repeating marketing materials as is often the case. Competitive pricing. They are now my go to supplier. My only frustration is that I cant give more than 5 stars! Thanks Robbie!

I recently purchased some binoculars at a price I couldn't match anywhere else, plus they had in stock the colour option I was after.
I also put customer service to the test when I realised I'd selected the wrong option. Contacted them straight away and got a next working day reply to confirm the change to my order. I was kept informed at every stage and received my well packed order very swiftly.
Fast, efficient service. Thank you Cluny Country, I'm a very happy customer.

Fantastic service, from the phone calls prior, to the gun-fit when I visited. Many cups of coffee later and lots of time spent with me trying out many guns. I exchanged my Browning 525 Sporter One for a new Miroku MK70 Grade 5. The owners Robbie and his father have a wealth of knowledge and the patience of a saint. Superb store, vast range of guns and associated products which are all very well displayed. They obviously take a great deal of pride in their business. Well worth the 4hr round trip from my home in Aberdeenshire. Could not recommend them high enough.

Thanks,
Barrie

Bought 2 x beretta shotguns and accessories at this store recently. The whole experience was superb. The store is first rate, there is a fantastic range of products and most significantly the professionalism of the owners/staff is exceptional. The owners/ staff are friendly and helpful with their advice and guidance.
I completely recommend Cluny Country Guns.

I,m always reluctant to use web shops that I don’t know so I read the reviews, which is why I rote this one.
Recently bought a thermal spotter (not cheap) from ClunyCountry Store the guys where very knowledgable, gave me a great deal and the online payment simple to use, they kept me updated throughout and posted super quick.
Well done guys a pleasure to deal with and will be the first site to checkout for my next purchase.
Cheers Jake

I woukd highly recommended cluny country store customer service is above all expectations friendly helpful
Have purchased few diffrent items from them and will continue too

Excellent, personal and committed service. Highly commended!

Spot on, really helpful and honest, and very quick delivery

I received the item and it was well packaged but, there was a very slight delay in receiving it. I had to phone and chase up the order. However, weather conditions were bad at the time and I think the hold up was due to conditions on the road rather than anything else.

Quick delivery and good price, I am very satisfied!

Couldn’t be more helpful and honest people to deal with having purchaseda secondhand pair of Leica binoculars from them.
Fast next day free delivery and a time slot. Well recommended.

Always provide level of service as expected.

Very professional, responsive and friendly service from Robin starting with an email exchange late on a Sunday night!

Many thanks,
Philippe

Great store, well laid out with some great gear and competitive prices and helpful patient staff. What more do you want!
