Club Rattan - Furniture for Outdoor Living Arvostelua

I ordered garden furniture from this company in 2019 and could not fault them. Quality item and great customer service. I can only assume they have been taken over as my recent experience when replacing the previous garden furniture has been shocking.
The delivery driver tried to get me to leave immediate feedback on Facebook for a company with a completely different name. The item is basically cheap crap, no longer has the Club Rattan logo and I can be certain this will not last me 6 years like the other set. The cushion depth is not as advertised and the table top wobbles as the screws are too long for the holes. I have emailed them today to give them chance to resolve my concerns and have had a passive aggressive response which shows they didn't read my email in full and literally do not care. On top of this they are trying to get me to pay £95 to return the item, when their website clearly states they will cover the cost of the return if the item is faulty which is breaking trading laws!

They are absolutely not the same company they were in 2019, so I would advise anyone to avoid and if you really want cheap quality with thin cushions, go and pay half the price in B&M, at least they don't try and pretend you're getting something you're not.

Weighing 120kg blocking garage door and drive for 7days.

Absolutely amazing customer service. They searched the warehouse for some cushion covers for a garden sofa. Emailed me to say they were now online to order and currently waiting for my delivery. Above and Beyond

We ordered the Ashley Rattan 9 person corner sofa and the furniture is good quality and the bits that you have to assemble are easy to do. Only issue I had is that the delivery agent did not turn up with the goods on 2 occasions.

The service I've recieved has been great i ordered late on a Wednesday night and it came on the following Tuesday it's such a quick delivery I've not yet opened my corner unit yet and put it together so I carnt comment on that I will put a review on it when it's put up .the delivery driver brought it right down my drive so we did have to take it far round the back garden he was a really nice man.

Just what I was looking for

Really good experience ,delivery was quick customer service excellent. We are looking forward to our new garden furniture in our new house . Have not been able to check over the furniture as went straight to storage .

*Add to this, after seeing reply , I’ve placed 3 orders in total with this company - once for the harmony furniture set( 2019) - once for the harmony replacement covers set (2023), and once for the pergola roof canopy(this yr) - I just said I was disappointed that the picture shown is different from the canopy sent , I sent a photo of my explanation- I am keeping it , I’m going to alter it , by cutting off the sewn pole material , and using clips to clip it the way round I need it , I just thought trust pilot asked for a review , I find the answer a tiny bit rude as quite a few of my friends and family have purchased from this company from my recommendation
I did send them an email and also another email with the picture of the add on their site , I didn’t find them awfully polite , which I’m really disappointed about as I’ve spent quite a lot of money with them - as you can see from the reply
