Clubhouse Arvostelua 

Up until recently Clubhouse was my all time favourite casino. Still is, but I have a dilemma that the customer support have not been able to seriously help me with. I have NO photo I. D except for an expired driver's licence, which is still valid here in NZ, and I will not be renewing it because of my health issues. Anyway, I cannot verify my account. It has taken months of going back and forth and this is the last section to be approved. The months spent uploading docs and being told NO, NO, NO is heartbreaking, frustrating and unrelenting with Clubhouse. After talking again with customer support, who supposedly spoke to others, I was informed to submit everything I could including a photo just taken and the expired license. I did, and guess what.? Rejected. My heart literally sank. So it had something to do with Law in Malta and I guess my driver's licence not being valid enough..Really..?? OK, and they need that validation, but here's the thing, they actually already have that validation via bank verification, and even the licence regardless of whether or not it was current. It has only just expired nevermind all the other docs, proof of this and that, all with my name, address etc..come on .!! What more can one do. If you can't see that it's me then that's on you not me and I would have to ask do people with common sense work there. Don't come at me with..."it's for your protection or mention scams, fraud. I'm not that. Look at my name above. So what now Clubhouse, Malta.?? Anything.??Absolutely no suggestions to offer me on any pathways I can take. It's just the same old message... You need I. D that shows full name blah blah blah, then forward it. But I don't have that.!!! So readers and reviewers, what can I do.?? Absolutely nothing.!! What a stink buzz really. I Love Clubhousecasino7. It has my favourite games and I want to stay but I guess I can't. I could never withdraw my winnings. No point. I feel quite sad to leave.

P. S: dear clubhouse. You could have saved me months of stressing out. Bad form. Are you a scam like some say.?

Clubhouse: 6 Years of Loyalty, Zero Respect for Users
Very Disappointed

I’ve been on Clubhouse for about 6 years and was consistently among the platform’s top users, ranking around the top 0.5–1% based on activity and Karma.

Despite that history, Clubhouse suspended my account and refused to provide any meaningful explanation or evidence. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

From my experience, Clubhouse is also becoming a platform where freedom of speech feels increasingly restricted. Users can lose years-old accounts without being given a clear explanation or a meaningful opportunity to defend themselves. I understand that platforms have rules, but there should also be transparency, consistency, and a fair appeal process.

What is even more concerning is what happens to money left on suspended accounts. I had user tips on my account, and instead of clearly explaining how those funds will be returned to me, Clubhouse has provided no real answer. Users should not simply lose money they earned or received because their account was suspended.

I also reported an impersonation account that was using my name and my photo and had the extremely hateful name “I Hate Jews.” I reported this account repeatedly—around 100 times—and Clubhouse failed to take meaningful action.

So, to summarize my experience:

• 6+ years on the platform
• Top 0.5–1% of users
• Account suspended without a meaningful explanation
• Poor customer service
• Money/tips left on the account with no clear payout process
• An account impersonating me and using hateful content that I repeatedly reported, with no meaningful action
• A platform that, in my experience, increasingly restricts freedom of speech while providing little transparency about enforcement decisions

After years of supporting and contributing to Clubhouse, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better from the platform and its Trust & Safety team.

The food is outstanding! The mozzarella sticks are made from scratch, not like the frozen ones that you get virtually everywhere else. I've been eating lunch at the Clubhouse once a week for about 6 months. I was never disappointed! The new owner is making great changes to the interior. Audrey is a wonderful bartender.
Basically the food is very good, portions are well sized, the bartender is top notch and the beer is cold. GREAT PLACE.

Dangerous App, no safety or protection, I met someone on there who went on to mentally abuse over a period of a few years and who was also the village as well as app bike.

This app ruined my life, especially my trust and outlook towards other “humans” now. Do not trust people on here, they backstab everyone just to get themselves “further” and use people to their advantage

They said that I was lying about CPS taking my kids they said that I was not able to take care of my kids because I didn't have a big enough house I had 13 kids people don't know what I went through to try to get a big enough house where all my kids I'm not rich like CPS is or DHS and I got kids that needed special help so another thing is you're not allowed to have dogs if you go through them to get a house or any type of pet so make sure you don't go through this place to get a house.

Ruined by the last update! Unfortunately lost all my followers and the interface needs to be reverted back to the older version, otherwise I'm moving to TikTok.

It is very easy for somebody or a moderator to automatically kick you out of a room or block you, for no reason at all, even if you are only in the audience listening.
