The website was easy to use and ordering was straightforward. I immediately received an email of confirmation and have since received another email giving me detailed information about delivery, setting my expectations, so communication has been great. I'm looking forward to receiving my shoes and hope they are as comfortable and stylish as they look.

So far, so good. Easy purchase on an excellent, easy to navigate website, swift response to a query, suggesting Customer Service will be good.
Will add more when I get to wear the items purchased.

Helpful website except I could not find the length of the dress

Ordered a jacket from this company no way was it a XL the sizing was for a child.
When emailing customer service they wanted pictures of labels and the product . I sent through pictures showing no labels of sizing. Then they wanted more pictures. They offered me to keep the jacket and send another £12 something for a second jacket. I didn’t want another just wanted to return. They even quoting international policy.
To return they don’t send an address.

Easy to order, lots of lovely styles, colours and products to choose from.

Do not order from this company !!! Took nearly two weeks to arrive and then I wasn't happy with the fit .and quality so wanted to return it !! Their easy no hassle returns dosent exist asked me for photos (which im not sending)so they could decide if i could return it never heard a company ask for this.before It's as if they don't believe me so will be their word against mine so we know which direction that will go !!!
I thort this company was a london based company seems they from the Netherlands and the returns is to China !!!
So avoid this company like the plague!!!

Avoid this company, the negative reviews here are 100% correct, Expect to receive your items poorly made in around 3 weeks and looking nothing like the advertised pictures you purchased them from, sizing is all wrong, and have a good camera ready to take multiple pictures for them, only to be told you have to cover the cost of returning the items "Hassle Free!" Dont buy here!!!!!

DESPITE PHOTIGRAPHIC EVIDENCE THEY REFUSE TO SEND TRACKING INFORMATION AT THEIR EXPENSE. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER GARMENT OR I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. THEIR WHOLE WEBSITE IS A SCAM - RETURN POLICY IS A LIE AND THEY ARE CONNING CUSTOMERS THINKING THEY ARE GETTING A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A PREMUIM PRICE WHEN ALL ITEMS ARE MADE IN CHINA, ARE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE. THIS COMPANY ALSO GOES BY THE NAME MOVA AND LABEL LONDON SO PLEASE SEE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS OF THESE COMPANIES.

Very easy to order and purchase things I like, so thank you for that, also love the style of the trousers and they aren’t even here yet, but was exactly what I was looking for.
