Luke is running a great buisness, ive known and used Luke's buisness now for 3 years, my past order was my first hiccup sized out wrong but Luke went above and beyond to replace/help me out with this item of around the same pricing and its a item ive needed anyway so everyone is a winner.

Luke's service is quality and the products are always fairly priced or sometimes too cheap for his own good. Luke always gets the great vintage pieces in.

I regularly buy from Clout Closet because they always have some very decent stuff; are very helpful with ensuring you get the best deals out of your order(s); and keep you informed with any updates. Luke is very professional.

I have been a customer for a few years now and i can’t fault them. Some real hidden gems on the site and a good mix of old stock still with the tags on mixed in with vintage bits. Cheap and fast postage.

Great service, Kinda still a gamble with items in the store when it comes to terms of availability but other then that great communication with the customer, might take long to ship but as they say sometimes for the best things in life you have to wait.

I truly have never experienced better customer service than with Luke. The delivery company messed up shipping and he immediately gave me store credit to reorder the items for my sister. Quick responses and so incredibly helpful. I will definitely be ordering again and you should too! If I could rate it higher, I would!!

Great customer service. Good man Luke. I orderedered at Dec 1 but there was a hiccup with the order delivery. Luke gave me a full refund voucher on all the things I bought. I just received my rings today and they are incredible. Quality is good. You can find so many good jewlery and accesories in this shop and needs more recognition. Keep doing the great work Luke :)).
