Reliable hosting platform with excellent support
We’ve had a great experience working with Cloudpepper for our Odoo environments. The platform has been reliable, easy to manage, and well suited for both development and production deployments.
What has stood out most is the responsiveness of the team. Support requests and technical questions are handled quickly, and communication has always been professional and straightforward.
The platform makes it much easier to manage Odoo hosting without needing to spend unnecessary time on infrastructure administration, which allows our team to stay focused on implementation and development work.

Availability of suppor
The only point that I find about your service is that with an overseas client who had a billing issue on Friday morning local time, there were no possibilites to contact you as it was already your afternoon, but even worse, they had to wait until Monday to solve it. Thankfully, it was an ongoing project not yet in production, but the development cycle was stopped until monday.

To clarify how we work: billing and account questions are handled during business hours, but if you ever hit a technical issue that blocks development or affects a live environment, you can open a support ticket at any time and our team will treat it as a priority. For something like this in future, raising it as a ticket would get it in front of us much faster than waiting for business hours. We appreciate you working with us and are always looking to improve!

Founding user and very happy
I have been with Cloudpepper since they started and they continue to improve day by day. Very stable and flexible to host all my instances. The only thing is that I would like them to bring back the real time chat.

Depending of your request they answer you by email or you have to open ticket on their website, very confusing...
Their system never succeeded to connect at our server although it was properly configured and remote SSH access was working.
Technical support not very fast to answer.
Control panel buggy: no logs of errors encountered, no details
The service looks clearly not fully operational and not working well.

We are sorry we couldn't get your server connected. As we discussed in our final email, our automation requires standard web ports (80/443) to be open for initial provisioning and SSL validation. Since you needed a strictly internal server and chose not to open those ports, our system was unable to complete the setup.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the error logs and are working to make those more visible in the dashboard for future updates.
