Excellent heated styling tool! Made well, great safety features. All in all, a fab product. My last straightener lasted me 10 years! Now that’s saying something about quality. Cloud nine all the way.

Order sent out relatively quick, shipping was quick and am so happy with the straightener! Love that I can adjust temperature to protect my hair as it is naturally curly + colour treated - easy to use, gives such a beautifully and glassy finish to my hair which I have never been able to get before when straightening at home. Only thing was that the touchscreen arrived with scratches on it but obviously very minor and would’ve happened over time anyway. Also love the bag it came in and overall packaging, felt really luxe.

I recently purchased a new OG iron after accidentally leaving my old one at a friend's house interstate. I'd had it for over 8 years and absolutely loved it, so I missed it enough to buy the same model again!

The fact that the technology hasn't really changed in all that time says a lot about how good this iron is. My original one was still working perfectly and would no doubt have kept going strong if I hadn't lost it.

I would be avoiding the Airshot hair dryer. we had ours 18 months and the fan seized. 12 month warranty, customer service is sorry that they dont know how it happened and there is no repair option for Aus or NZ … but its out of warranty so pretty much bad luck, a $30 voucher so I can buy a replacement! As if you would buy another one! STAY AWAY from this product! PM me for a video of the failure.
