Very poor customer service

Hi,
Thank you for your review. In relation to the customer service we replied to all enquiries in a very timely manner and provided all of the updated tracking information as per Royal Mail.
Your parcel was signed for by someone at your address along with GPS and photo evidence of the parcels being delivered.
Unfortunately we are not in control of who collects the parcels that are delivered to customer addresses and can only apologise on behalf of the courier.
Throughout our entire trading history, this has been the only isolated incident of a customer complaining that they have not received their order. We did advise that Royal Mail stated a claim would not be successful as there is full evidence that the parcel had been delivered.
Apologies that we could not be of any further assistance
