On a juste l'impression de ce faire arnaqué
Si toute fois vous êtes une entreprise sérieuse merci de revoir tout votre process de désabonnement pas fonctionnel ni même intuitif et hyper chronophage. En gros expérience client à revoir dans son intégralité et si je vous le dit c'est que j'ai 20 ans de web derrière moi et je gère cette practice dans une grande entreprise française. Dans l'attente de mon remboursement si possible apparemment.
Et procedure de désabonnement j'en parle même pas. Il y a un vrai décalage entre votre communication et l'expérience client que l'on vit surtout lorsqu'on constate vos prélèvement incompréhensible qui donne juste l'ipression d'une arnaque en plus de votre localisation (Malte je crois) En attendant votre retour bancaire et mail d'ici une dizaine de jours. Et çà ! ca reste à voir. Cordialement

Livraison soi-disant gratuite et après réglement par CB un nouveau montant sollicité de 2€ sans explication donc j'ai refusé de les régler. Peut-être est-c pour cela que je ne suis pas livrée mais pas remboursée aussi.

I'm still been receiving emails from this tw*t of a so called company trying to bully me into removing my review! Which I'm pretty confident is why all the other bad reviews have been changed! That of course are the ones that aren't made by staff members!!

A member of staff has repeatedly emailed me, almost daily to try and get me to take down this review which I will not be doing! The whole scam of a website should be shut down!!

Absolute scam of a website! I did not knowingly sign up for this website! Then when I realised I cancelled straight away to then be charged an early cancellation fee which is they are refusing to refund! Absolute ridiculous!! Staff will message you and try to bully you into removing bad reviews. While they still refuse to return All the money the have stolen from me!!

Almost all of the accounts that left a positive review to this scam site, left fake reviews to random stores, on the same day and at the same time, to make their accounts credible and then leave a positive review to this cheap clothing site. BEWARE, SCAM IN PROGRESS!!!

I am happy for their quick response & keeping their promises. The team is polite & very humble. I am so proud of the team, big up guys
