After not turning up in the agreed collection day I rang and rearranged another collection. Once again they didn’t turn up so rang up again and spoke to the man who organises the collections and was promised it would be picked up. Again they were a no show so I am now taking my bags to another charity even though I wanted the air ambulance to have them.

So easy to book. I booked through the Great North Ambulance website. I chose my day and put the bags out by 8 on the day. I had a email the day before to confirm they were collecting. The bags were picked up a few hours later and a thank you card put through the door. It was great being able to help my chosen charity this way.

It was so easy to arrange a clothes pick up to donate to my chosen charity - you can select what day you want and on the chosen day once confirmed- they are picked up outside your door.

Extremely disappointed ! Having used this charity before and collection being on time i was very happy to use them again i booked a collection for the 25th June and got a confirmation email to say it was booked ! No body cane no body rang i emailed and no body got back to me !

Great experience. The driver turned up around 9am on the booked date and called, was smooth and simple collection. Would definitely recommend for charity donations
