Weak packaging and so and so product photos
The somewhat weak packaging had been damaged during transport and repaired by one of the carriers. Fortunately, the items were fine, although the invoice was missing.
From the photos on the website, the colour of transparent door was different from the real product.
The prices were shown without VAT, I didn't realise until I ordered. Not good.

Sorry to hear the packaging was damaged in transit, we’ll feed this back to our courier, however, I’m happy to hear the product otherwise arrived safe and sound.
We don’t supply invoices as standard, however, we can provide these upon request, so I have asked our customer service team to email one out to you.
The product images on our website do show the flap as having a slight tint, however, the flap is still transparent overall, so the pet can see through it.
In regards to VAT rate, we cannot add this to our product prices, as we ship all over Europe, and different regions have different VAT rates. However, the relevant rates are calculated at shipping, so you can review the total cost before purchase.

The item we purchased needed a second part but we weren't advised of this. We had to contact the U.K. office by phone and then advised that we had to order the item via the European office. So overall not a great experience.

We can’t find any record of you purchasing a cat flap from us, only the adapter kit. We can’t speak for other retailer’s websites, but we list any accessories that are needed for our pet doors under ‘Product specifications and additional info’ on each product page on our website, which details any adapter kits required.

Adattatore per fontanella Cat Mate
Ho avuto difficoltà ad acquistare un adattatore per la fontanella della gatta. Ho comprato due adattatori universali, che non andavano bene. Poi ho scoperto che c'era il sostituto e l'ho ordinato, ma dopo un po' di tempo ho sollecitato info su che fine avesse fatto l'ordine. Devo dire però che appena ho chiesto notizie si sono attivati e la consegna è stata rapida. Mi è arrivato un adattatore in una scatolina mezza aperta, anche il pacchetto era piuttosto malridotto.
